For complete details and tender formats please log on to Banks website or NIC Portal Tender forms can also be collected from Manager, Support Services Dept.,2 nd floor,at the above address. on payment of Rs.500/- ( Non refundable ) by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order favoring Union Bank of India Payable at Mumbai. However, tender form downloaded from website shall accompany the Pay order/demand Draft alongwith the Technical Bid. 2 SECTION-II TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Duly completed applications both technical and price bids should be submitted in Separate envelopes super scribing. A. Envelope No.1, Empanelment of Couriers Technical Bid B. Envelope No.2, Empanelment of Courier Price Bid. (Annexure- I ). 2. Both envelopes to be submitted on or before last date & time specified for submission of tenders and to be dropped in the tender box kept at 7th floor, Union Bank of India, Central Office, Union Bank Bhavan, 239,Vidhan Bhavan Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai Incomplete applications shall be rejected. 4. Applications received after due date and time shall not be considered. Minimum Qualifications for applying: 5. Average annual turnover of not less than Rs.50 Lacs during last three years ending indicated in audited Profit & Loss statement. 5.1 Having not less than 7 years of experience. 5.2 Should be empanelled for not less than 5 Banks /Reputed Corporate. 5.3 Should have earned profit during last 3 years. 5.4 Should have adequate infracture of Bulk mail in Mumbai i.e. Packing of bulok mail, Printing address slips, Arrangement of Surface and Air transport. 5.5: Should have all the regulatory approvals to carryout Bulk mailing activity. 5. The Bank intends to empanel Couriers based on their overall rating & experience in the field. 6. The Couriers should fulfill minimum qualification criteria. 7. Bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
