Introduction to Criminal Justice Introduction to Law 11. Approval / Course of Study The superintendent recommends for approval the following course of study to be added to the course offerings at Passaic Valley Regional High School: Computer Aided Design CAD I (E-1) 12. Approval / Pilot Independent Study AP Course Offering The Superintendent recommends approval to offer an Independent Study AP on-line course offering for Computer Science through Edhesive. This is a pilot offering for the 2016/2017 school year, cost $150.00/per student (2 students) 13. Approval / Janna Smith Para-Professional The Superintendent recommends approval of the Janna Smith as a one to one special education paraprofessional at the rate of $16.00/hour, not to exceed 29 hours, no benefits from October 12, 2016 through June 20,

Acceptance of the Board Secretary s Report, Cash Reconciler s Cash Report and the Board Secretary s Certification of Funds for the Month of June Revised WHEREAS, N.J.A.C. 6A:23A requires the Board Secretary and the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education to certify that no budgetary line item account has been over-expended and that the sufficient funds are available to meet the District s financial obligation, and WHEREAS, N.J.A.C. 6A:23A further requires the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education receive and accept the monthly financial statements, the Board Secretary s Report and the Cash Reconciler s Cash report; and WHEREAS, attached (Attachment F-2) are the revised Board Secretary s Report and the Cash Reconciler s Cash report for the month ending June 30, 2016 for the Board to accept; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education acknowledges receipt of and accepts the revised Board Secretary s Report and the Cash Reconciler s Cash report for the month ending June 30, 2016; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board Secretary and the Board of Education certifies that no budgetary line item account has been over-expended and that there are sufficient funds available to meet the District s financial obligation. 2. Acceptance of Cash Reconciler Report July 31, 2016 Adjusted The Superintendent, in consultation with the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, recommends the Board accept the adjusted Cash Reconciler Report for the month of July 31, 2016, as presented. (Attachment F-3) 3. Acceptance of Cash Reconciler Report August 31, 2016 Adjusted The Superintendent, in consultation with the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, recommends the Board accept the adjusted Cash Reconciler Report for the month of August 31, 2016, as presented.
