6 Civil ceremonies The Beancross Hotel & Restaurant is licensed to hold civil ceremonies within the hotel. To arrange your civil ceremony, firstly check the date and availability of the function suite with the hotel. Then contact the Registrar at Falkirk Registry Office, Newmarket Street, Falkirk to ensure that they can conduct your ceremony on the required date. Room hire for the holding of a civil ceremony within the hotel is Fees for the marriage and the marriage certificate need to be paid directly to the registrar and you must give notice in person. Our staff are also available to help should you require any advice on planning your civil ceremony. Accommodation At the Beancross Hotel & Restaurant we have 14 boutique style bedrooms which have all been individually designed and decorated with comfort and style in mind. All bedrooms are en-suite, most with continental bathroom, dressing room and lounge area. With other facilities such as flat screen televisions, tea & coffee making facilities and ironing facilities we have everything for you and your guests! Rates start from 30 per person, based on 2 people sharing, and include full Scottish breakfast. ( 25 single supplement is applicable) All dates are subject to availability. We always have a high demand for our bedrooms so book your accommodation without delay to avoid disappointment for you and your guests.

7 Checklist Initial enquiry Once you have chosen your date a provisional booking may be held for up to 14 days, by which time a non refundable deposit of 500 must be paid to confirm the booking. Four weeks prior to your wedding Meet with your wedding co-ordinator at a pre-arranged appointment time to discuss final details and pay your final balance. Seven days prior to your wedding Submit table plan and confirm final numbers. Day before wedding Deliver all items for the tables such as favours etc, and drop off luggage for the Bride and Groom. Morning after Remember to take away any cake, spare favours, etc. Enjoy your honeymoon! Approximate timings on the day 2.00pm Ceremony in Crush Bar 2.45pm Bride & Groom to have photographs taken 4.00pm Bride & Groom return to Hotel 4.30pm Start the receiving line 5.00pm Bride & Groom cut cake, speeches, toasts & meal 6.45pm Guests move through to lounge disco sets up 7.30pm Evening guests arrive 7.45pm First dance 9.30pm Buffet served 1.00am Departure Terms and Conditions Prices Please contact us for current prices. The full balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your reception.
