2 1 P a g e General information Conduct your business on the scenic Central Coast at the Ocean Front Motel ( Ocean front ) The Entrance, a 90-minute drive North of Sydney s CBD and 60 minutes South of Newcastle. Situated on a cliff face above the pristine rock pools and the beautiful Entrance Beach, the Oceanfront Motel offers 31 four-star rooms featuring uninterrupted ocean views. All 31 rooms are air-conditioned, well appointed with quality linen and bedding and are clean and modern. The Motel features a refurbished conference room with large flat screen TV with laptop connectivity, glass whiteboard, Foxtel business and wireless access. The room is large and has plenty of natural light. We know that your meeting or conference needs to focus on the business outcomes you are trying to achieve. To help with this we will provide: - either home-made cakes or biscuits We highly recommend either a lunch or dinner at our award winning Ocean Restaurant. We offer a choice from either our special in-house guest menu or Al a Carte. This is an ideal venue to team build and enjoy a memorable dining experience. You may also wish to use our new outdoor entertainment area either for breakout discussions, drinks or a team BBQ. We also recommend you take advantage of the Motels unique setting by considering team building activities including ocean walks, races, cycling etc. We look forward to welcoming you to the Ocean Front Motel and are committed to ensuring your conference stay is successful and enjoyable.

3 2 P a g e Accommodation options Ocean Front offers a range of accommodation from standard first level queen rooms to top-level private hot tub and spa room. All but 3 rooms offer stunning ocean views from private balconies and are quiet and clean. All rooms: are air-conditioned, have quality linen; have large flat-screen TVs with built-in DVD players, free wireless access and a large array of Foxtel channels including the business channel. Room service is available from the Ocean Restaurant or you can avail your-self of the special in-house motel guest dining option at the restaurant. (refer page 5) Ocean View Rooms (prices differ based on level) Modern Ocean View rooms, include: a queen bed and single bed (some also contain double sofas), tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge, ensuite, flat screen television DVD player and a large range of Foxtel channels. These rooms overlook the rock pools and pristine Entrance Beach from private balconies. Private Hot Tub room These rooms offer all of the features of the Ocean View rooms together with a 2-4-person hot tub located on private balconies. Garden View room (i.e. our budget rooms) Garden View rooms, include: a queen bed and trundle bed- (i.e. single bed with slide out single underneath), tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge, ensuite, flat screen television DVD player and a large range of Foxtel channels. Our pricing We offer special accommodation rates for conferences and meetings where five or more room nights are booked. Please contact our managers for group booking discounts.

4 3 P a g e Conference facilities and prices We cater for conferences and meetings up to 15 delegates in a premier location within easy drive from both Sydney and Newcastle. All conferences are supported by our friendly and professional staff to ensure the event runs seamlessly. Conference facilities include: - Re-furbished, air-conditioned conference room with plenty of natural light - Arrival tea and coffee - Home-made morning and afternoon refreshments: cake or biscuits - Working lunch and soft drink/juice. Separate charge for this and Not included within the package below - Ice water, pads, pens and mints - Internet enabled flat screen plasma TV with lap-top connectivity - Foxtel business - Glass Board and marker pens - Free WIFI internet access - Complimentary parking - Use of new outdoor entertainment area for break-out sessions, drinks or a team BBQ - Lunch and dining available at the Ocean Restaurant- not included in the packages below. Pricing and packages delegates or more for 2 nights (i.e. 3 day conference) or longer: i. All conferences services, including room usage free of charge delegates or more for 1 night (i.e. 2 day conference) charge of $10 p.p for conference room and related services. 3. More than 5 but less than 10 delegates: i. for 2 nights or more $10 p.p for conference room and services ii. for 1 night $20 p.p for conference room and services 4. If less than 5 delegates please discuss with the Manager i. $200 for conference room and services. In relation to 1-4 above, figures are ex-gst. Refer to page 4 for other conference services that will incur a separate charge.

5 4 P a g e Other Conference Services Services that will incur a separate charge: Drinks and refreshments in conference room refrigerator An assortment of drinks will be provided including: carbonated drinks, juice and water. These are all $2 each and will be charged to the master account. Working Lunch in conference room (ex-gst) Assorted sandwiches and wraps Cheese, Fruit and Nut platter with Crackers $10 per person $7 per person OR use of our new outdoor entertainment BBQ areas. We can help arrange this upon your request. Lunch and / or dinner at award winning Ocean Restaurant (NB- we highly recommend this) Either choose from the extensive A La Carte menu or our special motel in-house guest menu that provides a wonderful selection of dishes at compelling value - refer to page 5 for details. The total group bill can either be paid directly to the restaurant or charged to a master account and settled with the motel upon departure. Breakfast for delegates delivered to room (ex-gst) Breakfast order to be handed to reception by 5pm. All breakfasts will be served in delegate rooms. Breakfast menu is provided and as such costs will vary based on order. However, indicative pricing is: Continental Breakfast $12.00 per person Hot Breakfast $16.00 per person (minimum) Monday to Friday and $20.00 Saturday and Sunday.
