Add a masque to your finery for that added glamour and mystery! 24 th December Shopping, Dinner & Carols Enjoy a hearty breakfast at your leisure from 7am, with time to cram in any last minute shopping in Colchester or nearby Westfield at Stratford. Why not book an indulgent massage or get your Christmas hair ready in Aimez-Vous before joining us for a delicious 3 course Christmas Eve meal from 6pm with a mulled wine welcome. After dinner carols by candlelight. 25 th December Christmas Lunch Merry Christmas! After opening your gifts join us for a delicious 5 course Christmas Day lunch, together and settle down for the traditional Queen s speech in the bar. In the evening, join us for a light buffet with our in-house entertainment Christmas quiz and bingo! 26 th December Boxing Day Relaxation Breakfast is at your leisure this morning from 7am. Join us for Boxing Day lunch with our live solo singer, before settling back to an afternoon of leisure with board games and traditional Boxing Day TV. There is a casual evening buffet with a charity Boxing Day horse racing festival! 27th December Breakfast and depart.

Why not take advantage of our relaxed, informal, family friendly New Year celebrations including a buffet and disco with a firework display ushering in per adult per child Mingle with friends old and new at our New Years Eve celebrations. There will be no table plan and free seating on tables of 10. Terms & Conditions 1. All bookings are subject to availability. Please telephone to make a provisional booking before sending a deposit. Provisional booking will be sent to you once the deposit has been received. 2. A deposit of per person (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking. A deposit of per person (non-refundable) is required for the resident package and New Year s Eve event. Accommodation bookings must be confirmed with a credit card. 3. Full balance for bookings is to be paid 28 days before the event. 4. Bookings requiring exclusive use of a function room are subject to a specific contract which will stipulate cancellation terms and minimum numbers of 130. If your numbers fall below this then you will be required to make full payment of the minimum number. 5. For bookings taken after 1st November, full payment will be required at the time of booking. 6. Payment of your deposit confirms you accept our terms and conditions. 7. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to other goods or services. 8. No party bookings may be charged to account unless a credit facility is established prior to the event. 9. Large groups may be split over two or more tables. Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure minimum numbers. 10. No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel for consumption or as prizes. Party novelties including silly string will not be permitted on the premises. 11. Details are correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to alteration without prior notice. 12. Party organisers are asked to inform everyone in their party of these terms and conditions. 13. Please note that the hotel cannot guarantee that any products on the Christmas and New Year menus are totally free from nuts or derivatives and that fish products are free from all bones. 14. The hotel reserves the right to substitute any menu item or entertainment should this be necessary through supplier problems or quality concerns. The hotel will endeavour to notify the organizer of this prior to the event if possible. 15.
