Passionate about local food that is sustainably farmed, Ben sources the finest ingredients WA has on offer, creating dishes that are hearty, honest and embrace the philosophy of shared plate dining. Menu options are flexible, inspired by the seasons and designed to be tailored to your unique event. You also have the option of enhancing your dining experience by including matched wines or premium matched wines. Please find our Chef s Table Package as requested with an example menu and pricing. A deposit and completed booking agreement form is required within a minimum 48hours of booking. Please refer to the attached Terms and Conditions. Make your next meal memorable. 5 Terms & Conditions By receiving a copy of these Terms and Conditions and booking a function at the Stables Bar you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Bookings Bookings will be held for a period of 5 days only. The booking will be released if a signed booking form with the Terms and Conditions and the deposit are not received. If your function is 5 days or less from the booking date, the signed booking form and the deposit must be received on the day of booking. 2. Confirmation of Booking & Payment of Deposit A deposit of 30% of the estimated function value, or quoted minimum food and beverage spend, is required within 48 hours of booking to confirm and secure your catering booking. If the deposit and signed booking form are not received, The Stables has the right cancel booking. 3. Cancellation The following cancellation fees apply to all function bookings: More than 30 days prior to the booking, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 24 hours prior to the function, you will forfeit the deposit. 4. Payment Full payment of $640 (which is minimum spend /8 guests non refundable) must be paid at least 2 days before the date of the booking unless otherwise agreed. Please be aware that if less than eight guests show, minimum spend will still be kept in full. Direct deposits must be accompanied with a remittance ed or faxed to the Event Manager at the time of payment. Any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card provided on the booking confirmation form.
