A classic neighborhood joint, the restaurant embodies Chef Gemignani s passion for high-quality, authentic, and comforting cuisine, featuring authentic Chicago style pizzas and Southern Italian cuisine. The restaurant s decor pays homage to prohibition era design esthetics, with its rich oblood leather booths, mahogany interior and bar, Chicago and personal memorabilia from Chicago s most notorious gangsters, and bricks imported straight from Chicago. 2 Capo s dining room and bar Capo s dining room and bar is a private dining space that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests in the dining room, 11 seated at the bar, or 70 guests for standing receptions. Crafted after the landmark Golden Gate Bridge, our mahogany bar echoes art deco design, which flows through the entire restaurants subtle nod to noir. Capo s is the ideal location for family-style receptions, birthdays, weddings, rehearsal dinners and team-building events. The restaurant is equipped with an ipod docked sound system and two flat-screen TV s at the bar which can be used for video presentations. Our bar can be set up for your unique needs, be it open, limited host, or cash bar. 7 Capo s Cocktail college & Pizza Party Cocktail college teaches the history of one classic cocktail - the Manhattan, the Martini, or an Old Fashioned - and one of Capo s Signature Cocktails. Our bartenders show you how to properly measure, mi, and present the featured cocktails; take mental notes, because shaking a Manhattan will not get you high marks on your final test! One representative from each team will go behind the bar to attempt to recreate the cocktail they have just seen demonstrated while their teammates coach them from the other side of the bar. Our bartenders will sample all of the cocktails and declare a winner, who mastered their craft cocktail college final.
