We are ready to help you plan your celebratory lunch or dinner, after work happy hour event, cocktail party or any other gathering you can imagine. 2

3 Room Options The Dining Room can accommodate seated guests and 150+ guests for cocktail events. The dining room is Mad Fox s quieter dining space. With 102 dining seats physically separated from the rest of the restaurant, this space works well for larger seated or very large cocktail events. Features of the dining room include three large picturesque windows overlooking the brewery, stacked wooden barrels filled with special aging beer, and natural light from full length windows looking out to the Market Square. The Pub can accommodate 6 to 30+ guests for cocktail events, and as many as 150 guests in conjunction with our Saloon Room. The Pub stretches the greatest length of Mad Fox, from the main entrance to the West Broad Street face of the building. It features a 63-foot long custom built bar with three service stations each with 12 traditional draught beers. In the bar back there are two glass-fronted cases chilled to cellar temperature featuring six cask conditioned proper Real Ales served through six water jacketed Angram beer engines, ensuring that every pint is served properly conditioned at cellar temperature. The bar, back bar, columns and other custom millwork are cherry-stained rock maple. There are two discreetly placed television screens to display sporting events placed above the bar. 3

4 The Saloon Room The Saloon can accommodate up to 40 guests for seated dining or 50 to 60 guests for cocktail events. The Saloon is located directly along West Broad Street, at the toe of Mad Fox s L-shaped space. The tradition of the Saloon in England is based on a quieter sitdown Pub experience favored by the English upper class. The Pub was for the working class to dash in for a quick pint, whereas the Saloon was for an unhurried special beer or whisky shared with friends and neighbors in conversation. The Saloon follows this tradition with a working fireplace, two dedicated HD televisions, banquette seating along the interior wall, bar stool seating along the street-side window and table seating in the center. The Saloon is physically separated from the rest of the restaurant and can be reserved for special events. The Saloon Room is perfect for lunch meetings and celebrations as well as after work events. 4

8 More Options & Information 1) Mad Fox is completely non-smoking. 2) In order to book an event, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated Event Grand Total or the payment of the room fee. 3) Food orders are due one week prior to your Event. Earlier is always welcome. 4) If you are relying on a cash bar to meet your Event Minimum, we require you (the Host) to pay the house gratuity (20%) on the cash bar component required to meet the Event Minimum. 5) Table linens can be provided for your Event at the charge $1.00 per person or the greater of $ If you would like to bring in a cake or other dessert we charge a $1.50 per person fee. 6) We do charge a room fee for Private Space from $100 to $500 depending on the day and time of the Event. Please inquire with management to know the cost for your Event. This fee is due upon booking and is non-refundable. 7) Hosts may decorate the room provided no damage is done to the walls or ceiling. No glitter, confetti, thumb tacks or scotch tape are allowed. 8) Weather/Cancellation Policy: If we are able to open for business we will honor your Event Reservation and will expect you to honor your Event Minimum. All deposits are non-refundable. 8
