Provide a food service program that reflects the image, goals, and philosophy of Chicago State University Provide the campus community with a food services program focused on meeting the needs of the customer and provide well-balanced meals. Extending our influence Beyond The Palate

3 Fresh off the Grill offers a variety of freshly prepared grilled entrees that are full of flavor! Stop by the grill and grab all of you the staples but our Grill Chefs take it a step further and offer a specialty grilled entree at both lunch and dinner. Traditional and contemporary products are cooked and served to order, including charbroiled burgers and proteins, grilled sandwiches, breakfast items, and fried foods. This platform is not limited to this menu as it can serve as an excellent venue for exciting dinner entrees cooked restaurant style and yet have the capacity to meet the demands of the meal period. Nicks Deli features a Panini Grill and is known for producing overstuffed sandwiches on freshly baked breads, and freshly prepared wraps. A triple service platform offering a daily choice of hot and cold sub sandwiches and wraps, featuring an array of meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Sandwiches may be made to order exactly as you wish. In addition, freshly prepared sandwiches are assembled just ahead and attractively displayed and available for fast service. Also, this area may be considered for offering a specialty soup for convenience and one stop shopping. Seating at a bar level counter is proposed.

4 Salad Sensations is a destination for those who would like to either have an entrée or side salad. With only the freshest vegetables premium toppings, dressings, and seasonings Salad Sensations is the perfect choice for your daily salad fix! In addition to being able to customize your own creation, we will offer a specialty salad that our chefs will build just before your eyes. This platform truly offers an extensive selection of standard and seasonal items, toppings and dressings, plus a rotating selection of prepared salads. Emphasis is on freshness and variety of selections highlighting an action station serving prepared to order specialty salads. The highlight of this platform is the made to order feature and the appeal of just in time preparation. It s perfect for those who want an extra special entrée style salad. Traditions is our modular Comfort Food Station that features a wide array of traditional home style cuisine. Our Chefs will prepare soulful entrees and that are full of flavor. Traditions offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Options and will be available during all day parts. The Samurai Express Grill allows you to customize your own stir fry and watch as our Hibachi Chefs prepare your selection just before your eyes! It s Exhibition Cooking at its best. A key focal concept that is highly visual. Customers self select from a variety of meats, vegetables and sauce flavorings, and hand their selections to a chef who stir-fries each order on a freestanding circular grill. Supported by a Sushi Bar and selections the concept is generally perceived as providing a healthful alternative, and appeals to those customers seeking a diversity of ethnic flavorings. Seating at a bar level counter is proposed.

5 Sapori is your one stop for New York Style Pizza and A Host of Pasta Dishes!! The Bistro will offer a wide range of specialty pizzas, pasta, and sauces prepared just before your eyes! In addition to the favorites, specialties such as Stuffed Crust, French Twist, baked ziti, fettuccini Alfredo will make their way to the menu. VVK is your vegan and vegetarian inspired hot entrée station offering great choices from tried and true authentic vegetarian recipes from around the world. This platform is purposely placed adjacent to Salad Sensations to emphasize fresh prepared and to provide a separate identity. The most determined vegetarian should find comfort knowing exactly what ingredients are used. They can assemble their own ingredients from the salad bar, add some select items from VVK and ask the chef to finish it off on the available induction ranges. The Quench Zone offers the latest in beverage choices including a variety of carbonated and noncarbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee, tea and decaffeinated options. Two drink stations are strategically located out the way out of the servers but still accessible to the dining room. Beginnings features a wide range of cereals, custom made waffle creations with fresh fruit toppings and warm maple syrup, and freshly baked muffins and Danish!
