The exercise program may consist of the exercise programs mentioned on the Lee Haney s 60 Day Loss Challenge download which was made available to me via (if you have not received your downloads, please contact Lee at I understand that I have the option of participating in group, individual, or couple training sessions. 2. 2 Detoxing For Loss *The 7 day Detox is recommended to get you off to a good start. This will help your body get rid of stored waste and bloat. This will also help jump start your metabolism and prime the body for receiving quality nutrition.. The 7 Detox program is to be used before starting the 60 day meal plan. The following is the recommended meal plan while detoxing: 7 Day Detox Meal Plan Breakfast: Medium bowl of oatmeal or cream of wheat (honey or brown sugar as sweetener), 8 oz of distilled water with lemon OR Medium bowl of bran or high fiber cereal with soy milk 1 teaspoon of raw sugar as a sweetner Also include 3 Brazil nuts or 5 whole Walnuts Mid Morning Snack: Select 1: Pear, apple banana. Medium bowl if melon, or cup of berries (be sure to eat the skin on the apple and pear) Lunch: Select 1: One cup of. Lentils, peas, kidney, sweet potato, pinto or lima beans- NO MEAT Select 2: 2 cups of broccoli, turnip greens, squash, green beans or carrots 8 ounces of distilled water with lemon OR Peanut butter (natural) and honey or natural jelly sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread 8 ounces of distilled water with lemon Afternoon Snack: Large mixed salad/low-cal dressing or a fruit selection from mid morning snack selection

3 Dinner: 2 to 3 cup of broiled vegetables (Greens, mixed veggies, or large mixed salad w/vinegarette dressing), 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread, and 8 oz of distilled water with lemon Substitutions: Any veggie selections for lunch or dinner may be replaced with 1-2 cups of one of the following veggies: Bean sprouts, romaine lettuce, collard greens, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, corn, eggplant, green beans, kale, okra, pumpkin, spinach or squash. *For persons experiencing slow bowel movement; add one teaspoon of extra virgin oil with breakfast and dinner. After the 7 Day Detox After the Detox is completed you may add the Multivitamin, Fat Metabolism Enhancer, and Meal Support. Multivitamin is essential for overall balanced nutrition and maintnace. Use according to the directions shown on the meal plan. The Fat Metabolism is design to help the body burn fat more efficiently. Follow the directions provided on the meal plan. Meal Support should be added into your 30 day meal plan as an extra source of protein. I advise using the shakes only twice a day as shown in the meal plan. ****After Detoxing Is Completed*** 60 Day Loss Meal Plan The following is the recommended meal plan used after the detox program is completed. 7:00 am Meal #1 : Small bowl of bran cereal w/blue berries sweeten with raw sugar if needed Meal # 1 : 1 scrambled (light olive oil) or boiled egg with a cup of mixed berries or melon **The following Vitamin Supplements to be taken immediately after meal #1: 1 Fat Metabolism Enhancer and 1 multivitamin

4 9:00 am Meal #2 : Meal #4 : Meal support shake (1 scoop w/ 4oz of water) 12:00 noon Meal #3 : Grilled chicken or salmon or 4.5 oz tuna or 4oz turkey served with a large mixed green salad (leafy mixed greens, tomato, carrots, cucumbers, strawberries) w/ balsamic vinaigrette or low calorie oil and vinegar dressing 3:00 pm **The following Vitamin Supplements to be taken immediately after meal #3: 2 Fat Metabolism Enhancer and 1 multivitamin Meal #4 : Meal support shake (1 scoop w/ 4oz of water) 6:00 pm ** The following Vitamin Supplements to be taken immediately after meal #4: 1 Fat Metabolism Enhancer and 1 multivitamin Meal #5 : 4 oz. Broiled, baked, or grilled fish (salmon #1) or chicken 2 cups of squash w/sautéed onions or green beans or greens or cabbage (use unsalted smoked turkey for flavor) or a small mixed green salad w/ low calorie oil and vinegar dressing Meal #5 : A medium salad ( 1 boiled egg & 3 egg whites, mixed greens or lettuce, tomato, carrots, diced slices, with low calorie salad dressing in the vinaigrette family (balsamic) **Late Night snack may consist of a cup of Strawberries, melon, pear, or an apple along with 1 glass of water w/lemon *Your last meal should be consumed before 8pm. *Foods can be flavored with smoked turkey. Be sure to boil in hot water for 2 minutes if turkey has sodium on it. Afterwards, place the turkey with veggies for flavor while cooking.

5 Exercise Recommendations Exercise is an important part in getting the best results. Research the weight loss link available at: If you are not currently involved in a exercise program I recommend my "I Train With Lee" 30 minute workout DVD available at: LeeHaney.com There are also other exercise activities that can be part of your program. See the Activity link shown on my website. The "I Train With Lee" 30 minute workout DVD consists of strength training; core training, stretching, and aerobics combine to make a complete set. I recommend training with the DVD every other day (Mon, Wed, Fri). On off days add other activities choices such as speed walking, gardening, golf, cycling, etc. Let's do at least 45 minutes or more to help burn additional fat.
