Working with our experienced team we work with bride and groom to ensure that you have the wedding you always dreamed of. This pack will guide you through some of the ideas, prices and potential items to consider as well as offering some set options to help some couples along. This pack is designed to give an idea of what is possible and guides to pricing however please book a meeting with our Event co-ordinators so that we can put the picture together and provide that special day you have been looking for.

4 Room Hire Room Hire prices are inclusive of the exclusive use of the rear function room / restaurant, conservatory, alfresco garden area, outdoor marquee and wedding garden terrace from 10.00am to vacation by 1.00pm. We also offer a great range of additional items for the evening buffets. We work in colaboration with several companies which also exhibit at our Wedding Fayres and regularly work with our co-ordinator and couples these include room dressing, cakes etc. Our wedding co-ordinator will be happy to discuss prices and liase with you or simply pass on contact details should you wish.

9 Ceremonies The Crooked House is licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies in our lovely refurbished restaurant. Also hosting our marquee, wedding gardens and outdoor alfresco area. You will need to check with the Registrars yourself that the date you want is available and they will in turn need to know when you have booked your wedding reception at The Crooked House. Commitment Ceremonies / Civil Partnerships This Civil Ceremony is designed for people from all walks of life and is available to any adult including same sex couples. This is a full and dignified occasion where friends and family can join the couple to celebrate a significant commitment. Each ceremony is unique, it is based on a traditional pattern but each couple can create their own particular celebration by choosing words, poems, readings and songs which have a special meaning for them. Renewal of Vows This Ceremony is for any married couple who wish to celebrate renewing their wedding vows in a unique and personal ceremony in the company of friends and family. A renewal of vows can also be held to mark a special anniversary such as tenth, twenty fifth or fiftieth etc but can also be appropriate at any stage. Another reason for a renewal of vows can be where a couple who have chosen to get married abroad wish to celebrate the event with friends and family back home. For others it can be appropriate after a time of difficulty and strain in a relationship and where a renewed commitment has particular meaning and significance. Whatever the reason the Crooked House will provide you with the knowledge and professionalism to enjoy a happy event with good food and wine. Child Naming Ceremonies A Naming Ceremony is a non religious ceremony where the child is formally welcomed into the world as an individual by family and friends. It is an opportunity for parents to publicly commit themselves to the upbringing of their child and for other guests to declare their interest for the childs future welfare and guidance. Please note that naming ceremonies are often included in a marriage or a commitment ceremony if the couple wish to include their own respective children into their union. This can be done in a very individual and personal way which The Crooked House would be more than happy to help you with.
