Whenever a purchase rder is released r revised in QAD Enterprise Applicatin, it is autmatically displayed in QAD Supplier Prtal, ptinally with an alert sent t the supplier fr them t acknwledge (r re-acknwledge) the rder. Yur planner can review all the pen purchase rders t see the acknwledgement and shipment status, ptinally using srt and filter ptins t select just the infrmatin they need. Fr example, select just rders fr a certain perid, r by supplier r item. Yu might als filter rders due tday fr use at the receiving dck - shwing them their expected wrklad. Dem 1. Nte that QAD Supplier Prtal uses planning schedules t cnvey future frecast requirements t suppliers, regardless f the actual replenishment methd. Fr scheduled items, QAD Supplier Prtal ffers yu and yur suppliers a ptential saving n EDI csts. Typically, yu will cmmunicate schedules via EDI, but if a supplier des nt have EDI, everything is available right here. Remember, yu are lking at this as a planner, but when a supplier accesses QAD Supplier Prtal, they get the same view. They can see current required shipment releases tgether with prjectins f future requirements, all here n the screen. With just a muse-click, the supplier can dump the entire schedule int a spreadsheet a frmat easily input int their planning system. Alng with all the things yu have seen in the ther QAD Supplier Prtal screens status messages, alerts, cllabrative messaging - the Kanban Bard graphically displays the status f Kanban cntrlled items alng with all assciated infrmatin - supplier, supermarket site, Kanban size, number f active Kanbans, quantity n hand, daily demand, and mre. Here again, infrmatin is clr-cded. Green is the number f full Kanbans. Blue represents in-transit. White are empty Kanbans, with a checkmark indicating the supplying surce has acknwledged the refill requirement, r a slash t shw a Kanban is being held pending release f an accumulatr.
