1 Greetings from UW-La Crosse! We are very excited to welcome you back to campus for the All Greek alumni weekend, July 8-11, Some of the activities planned include: golf, walking tours, pub crawl, spa day, reunion dinners and a moonlight cruise on the La Crosse Queen. UW-L alums from social fraternities and sororities (Alpha Kappa Lambda, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi, Alpha Xi Delta, Beta Sigma Chi, Delta Sigma Phi, Delta Zeta, Phi Sigma Epsilon, Sigma Tau Gamma and Tau Kappa Epsilon) along with independents are invited to attend! A copy of the schedule of events, registration form, hotel information, and a campus map are enclosed. Please return your registration form by June 25. The reunion will be a great way to reconnect with old friends, share stories and favorite memories, as well as hearing all about the exciting things happening on campus. 2 ALL GREEK ALUMNI WEEKEND SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Thursday, July 8, p.m. Registration and informal gathering John s Bar, rd St., La Crosse Nametags and registration packets will be distributed Friday, July 9 8 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Registration Nametags and registration packets will be distributed 10 a.m. 2:30 p.m. *Golf (optional activity) Forest Hills, 600 Losey Blvd., La Crosse 18 holes with or without a cart. Advanced registration required. 10 a.m. - noon Myrick Hixon EcoPark walking tour (optional activity) 789 Myrick Park Dr., La Crosse Meet fellow alums for a leisurely walk through Myrick Hixon EcoPark. See the new Nature Center and plans for the zoo. Two blocks from campus. Noon - 3 p.m. Hixon Forest trail walk to Alpine Inn (optional activity) For those interested in a good workout, meet fellow alums for a vigorous walk up the bluff through Hixon Forest to Alpine Inn! (Shuttles will be available to take guests back to the hotel) 1 p.m. Walking tour of campus (optional activity) Interested in seeing the new sites at UW-L? Join members of the Student Vanguards for a leisurely walk through campus. 4 p.m. Pub Crawl (group activity) John s Bar, rd St., La Crosse Food, friends and a trip down memory lane is in store for those that participate in the group Pub Crawl on Friday night. The fun begins at 4 p.m. at John s Bar, at 4:30 p.m. go to Bodega; 5:30 p.m. The Helm; 6:30 p.m. State Room; and 7:30 p.m. back to John s for drawings and live music. Complimentary food will be available at each location. A map is included in your registration materials. Saturday, July 10 9 a.m. noon *Registration & Continental breakfast (group activity) Nametags and registration packets will be distributed. Advanced registration for breakfast is required.

3 10 a.m. Walking tour of campus (optional activity) Interested in seeing the new sites at UW-L? Join members of the Student Vanguards for a leisurely walk through campus. 11:30 a.m. -4 p.m. *Spa Day (optional activity) The Salon Professional Academy, 566 Theater Rd, Onalaska Ready for a little pampering? This includes lunch and a presentation by Sue Kolve at noon. Advanced registration required. Reserve your space for lunch on enclosed form. NOTE - Individual spa services need to be reserved by calling the Academy directly at or noon 4 p.m. Afternoon free time! Visit or for countless ideas of fun activities to do in the area 5-7 p.m. *Greek feast (group activity) UW-L Cartwright Center, corner of State & Campbell Road A bountiful buffet will be prepared for all reunion attendees fit for all Greeks and independents! Come mingle, enjoy heavy hors d oeuvres (enough for a meal) and a cash bar. 8 p.m. *La Crosse Queen Boat cruise (group activity) Riverside Park, La Crosse Limited to the first 100 registrants! Advanced registration is required. Bring along anything that generates a favorite memory of your days at UW-L: yearbooks, photos, trophies, paddles, etc. DRESS Summer casual is preferred - Toga s are optional! PARKING General parking on campus Friday after 7 p.m., through Sunday is free of charge in commuter lots. The Cleary Alumni & Friends Center has a limited number of free 30 minute parking spaces available. (Do not park in metered or in Resident parking as noted on lot signage). NON-SMOKING FACILITIES As of July 5, 2010, all businesses in La Crosse will be smoke free.
