1 Chapter Violation Sanction CSIL Alcohol Policy, Change of Venue 1. Monetary Sanction, University Probation until January 2011, Community Service, Risk Management and Hazing Education, Restructure New Member Program, Meet with to Discuss restructered NM Program Completion of Sanctions Alpha Epsilon Pi Violating the University of Arizona Rush Policy, IFC council members could smell marijuana at a rush event. A warning for case 3S-11 but if the rush policy is violated pertaining to drugs for Fall 2011 or Spring 2012, Alpha Epsilon Pi will not be allowed to participate in the next formal rush. Alpha Phi Alpha Phi Beta Theta Pi Beta Theta Pi Chi Omega and individuals Neighborhood ise Complaint CSIL/Walk Through create educational events on Monday with Kappa Alpha Theta for Alcohol Awareness week. The dates of Alcohol Awareness week in Fall 2011 will be up to the decision of Alpha Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta, Delta Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Gamma Phi Beta. The events must be open to all of Greek Life and the General Public. 2. Alpha Phi must create an individual banner for Alcohol Awareness Week that is hung on the mall throughout the week. Please write your Sorority name on the bottom of the banner. 1) Create a policy of things you can t do during Big Sis/Lil Sis week. Make an A,B,C list of each rule and turn a copy into Greek by vember 1st Give a list to each Big Sis and show them what the consequences will be if they give, drugs, guys making them do tasks, etc. Big Sis s must sign a contract acknowledging they were aware of the consequences of breaking said rules. 2) Make a presentation to 75% of Alpha Phi pertaining to and hazing awareness. Jenny Nirh must first approve the presentation before it is given.invite all Panhellenic Sorority executive councils to attend. Presentation must be made by December 9th Monetary Sanction, Probation through March 2012, Community Service, Chapter must release all Spring 2011 New Members from the NM program, New Member program will be limited to 6 weeks, a membership review must be completed by October 15th. The chapter will remain on activities with suspension, an organizational review must be done in regards to the new member program, hazing and risk management education. All member must complete TIPS training, all active members must participate in hazing education. Write an apology letter to surrounding neighbors near Beta Theta Pi explaining the incident and welcoming neighbors to contact Beta Theta Pi with any further questions or regards by October 11 th Please write a letter to 5-10 Houses surrounding Beta Theta Pi and turn in a copy of the letter to the Greek Life office by October 11 th 2010 Delta Chi Failure to Pay Dues To pay your dues by June 10th 2011 or you will be sent back to Greek for a sanction Delta Chi sponsorship of an event with, endangering university students Monetary Sanction, University Probation, Community Service, suspension of activities with, membership review, executive board training.
2 Delta Chi Delta Chi Lambda Monetary Sanction, University Probation Through May 2012, community service, suspension of all activities, a 3rd membership review, Restriction of Recruitment and New Member Program until Jan 2012, Hold a hazing symposium, Organizational review. OUTSTANDING SANCTIONS- Monetary Sanction, Community Service, Suspension of events with. 1) Construct a new member program and turn it in to Jenny Nirh for Approval by vember 1st ) Social Probation from 10/25/2010-3/1/ ) Jenny Nirh will make a presentation to your entire chapter discussing hazing by December 1st ) Jenny will meet with all 8 new members again by vember 15, 2010 to track their progress. 5) If these sanctions are not completed by the above dates, you will be sent back to the Greek for further evaluation. Delta Chi Lambda and of previous Sanctions 1) The President, New Member Educator and Advisor shall meet bi-weekly with Jenny Nirh starting 01/31/ /07/2011 to discuss the new member process and chapter weekly activities. After 03/07/2011, it is up to the discretion of Jenny Nirh to meet with Delta Chi Lambda until 05/25/ ) Delta Chi Lambda will be required to submit their initiation week schedule to Jenny Nirh one week before their 2011 Spring Class starts their initiation week. 3) Delta Chi Lambda will be required to have a 100% of their membership complete Greeklife.edu by 04/01/ ) Jenny Nirh will make a presentation to your entire chapter discussing hazing by 03/01/2011. A 100% attendance of the chapter will be required to give the presentation and Jenny will let Delta Chi Lambda know a week in advance of a possible date. 5) Any further infraction of these sanctions or Case 10F-10 will be directed straight to the dean s office until 12/08/2011. The dates of Alcohol Awareness week in Fall 2011 will be up to the decision of Alpha Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta, Delta Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Gamma Phi Beta. The events must be open to all of Greek Life and the General Public. 2. Delta Gamma must create an individual banner for Alcohol Awareness Week that is hung on the mall throughout the week. This must be done by May 21st Also, turn in a copy to the Greek Box. 2. Create for Homecoming 2011 a detailed week events list with all of the activities to give out to your chapter and hand a copy into the Greek Box the week before Homecoming begins. 3. The Greek recommends that Water Fights are moved off campus because this is a consecutive year of judicial history with the event on campus

Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) Under Investigation for 3 Separate Alcohol Violations CSIL Alcohol Policy/Unregistered Event Violating the University of Arizona Rush Policy, IFC council members could smell marijuana at a rush event., Endangering threatening or causing physical harm, violating ABOR and university policy, and laws governing, Off campus conduct that a reasonable person would believe may present risk or danger 1. Register any event or gathering that occurs at the house during Islander. 2. Require an Active Sober r to stand in front of the house with security to help assist guests, ensure the buses are coordinated properly and to not allow very intoxicated guests into the house/buses. A warning for case 4S-11 but if the rush policy is violated pertaining to drugs for Fall 2011 or Spring 2012, will not be allowed to participate in the next formal rush. NA- Islander did not occur in 2011
4 Phi Kappa Tau Pi Beta Phi Pi Beta Phi sponsorship of an event with 1. Activities suspension until vember 1st 2011(Does not include Fall 2011 Recruitment) 2. Alcohol Probation until January 1st Have Gamma make a presentation to your chapter before vember 1st % of your chapter needs to be basics trained by vember 1st Member of FSP must be present during your December Executive Transition 1. Work with FSP Olympian Assistant Lindsay and VP of Risk Management of Panhellenic Shannon Maule to create educational events on Tuesday with Delta Gamma for Alcohol Awareness week. The dates of Alcohol Awareness week in Fall 2011 will be up to the decision of Alpha Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta, Delta Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Gamma Phi Beta. The events must be open to all of Greek Life and the General Public. 2. Pi Beta Phi must create an individual banner for Alcohol Awareness Week that is hung on the mall throughout the week. Please write your Sorority name on the bottom of the banner. Pi Kappa Alpha Monetary Sanction, University Probation Until January 2012, Community Service, Alcohol Education, Suspension of Activities with Alcohol at the Chpater Facility until May 2011, Chpater will create an educational video Pi Kappa Phi Under Investigation for Alcohol Violations Pi Kappa Phi Monetary Sanction, University Probation through August 2011, Community Service, Risk Management Program, Step Up Presentation Sigma Alpha Epsilon Sigma Alpha Epsilon Sigma Chi Violation of the UA Code of Conduct and Greek Community. The Chapter had issues on their weekend trip to Mexico CSIL Alcohol Policy/Walk Through 1. An apology letter to the offended individual by May 1st Create a Code of Conduct sheet for each member and guest for future San Carlos trips by May 1st Create a sober officer checklist and expectation sheet for future San Carlos trips by May 1st Have 10% of your chapter(poor behavior brothers) be signed up for BASICS Training by May 1st 2011 and complete training by September 1st Schedule PAB to make a presentation to your chapter within the first month of Fall If Sigma Chi is found responsible of breaking PAB guidelines of bad taste in the school year, Sigma Chi will be on social probation for 2 months.
5 Sigma Chi Sigma Kappa Sigma Kappa Tau Kappa Epsilon Theta Chi Zeta Beta Tau Alcohol illegally consumed in conjunction with a philanthropy CSILAlcohol Policy/Paperwork Under Investigation for 2 Separate Alcohol Violations Assault CSIL Alcohol Policy/Unregistered Event Alcohol Education, Setp Up Program The new president and new social chair will be required to schedule a meeting with a current Gamma Chair to review the Gamma Policy before the end of the Fall 2010 semester. Warning Write an apology letter to Wild West Security and Randolph hotel by February 1st Schedule a meeting with Zach Nicolazzo to discuss sober officer duties/ responsibilities/best practices during a registered or social event. Your entire executive board and risk management team must attend. You may not have any registered events until both items are completed. Schedule a meeting with one of the Gamma chairs to make a presentation toyour chapter of what is an event and what isn t by February 1st ) Zeta Beta Tau may not have any events with until May 1st 2011.
