4 Exceptional Spaces Kader Gallery The largest exhibition space features 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood floors and state of the art lighting. The Kader Gallery can be decorated for more formal receptions or arranged for casual cocktail and social hours, receptions or other occasions. Dayton Theater This 140-seat, 1400 sq. ft., theater is an intimate venue for the performing arts, presentations, wedding ceremonies, and other events. Amenities include state of the art projection equipment, 14 screen, and a Steinway grand piano. Balcony Gallery Overlooking the Front Gallery is one of the most beautiful interior balconies in the region. The historic artisan railing, complimented by new exhibition lighting, creates a great space for cocktail and social hours. The original vaulted, wood ceiling adds dramatic warmth to the space. The Pump House also features several additional rental spaces: -Front Gallery - a versatile exhibition and meeting space. This area can be used to seat additional guests, add stand-up guest space, or provide bar and/or buffet service areas. -Courtyard - completed in October 2011, is a scenic outdoor addition. Reserve this space for an outdoor event and have the assurance of the indoor venue in event of bad weather. -Conference Room is the perfect preparation area for wedding parties. This room is also available for classes, workshops, board meetings and other smaller events. -Arts Education Classroom - allows you to inspire and entertain with hands on visual arts. Pump House Art Educators can provide a customized activity for your guests (children and/or adults) upon request.

9 Additional Notes Catering The Pump House has an open catering policy. We are pleased to make recommendations, or will be happy to work with the caterer of your choice. Tables and Chairs Rental fees include the use of tables and chairs available from Pump House inventory at the time of your event. Linens are to be provided by your caterer. Beverage Service Beverage options include a Hosted Bar, Cash Bar, or a Combination. Combination option is a Hosted Bar followed by a Cash Bar, based upon either time or amount. All beverage service options will be charged a service fee of 18% plus 5.5% sales tax. Beverage selection and prices are available upon request. Extras available upon your request Audio Technician - $35/hr; Piano tuning - $150; Non-traditional Theater Staging - $250; Customized Art Project $150 (up to 5 students) + $15 each additional student. Note: prices subject to change. Unique Visual Art Exhibits The Pump House hosts new visual art exhibitions throughout the year. Exhibit photos are typically available for viewing 6 18 months prior to your event date. Reservations A security deposit of 50% and an executed contract are required to reserve your date.
