4 Christmas Party Checklist How to book Thank you for your interest in joining us over the Christmas period. Our Christmas checklist includes a booking and pre-order form to make booking your christmas party as simple as possible. Please try to submit your form at your earliest convenience to confirm your place in one of our Christmas Party Nights. If you do have any questions, please call Amy or Paul anytime on (028) The Eden Room Party Nights 1) Contact the restaurant to check availability for the date and time you require. 2) The restaurant will make a provisional booking, valid for 14 days. 3) Complete the booking form and return to the restaurant with deposit ( 10 per person), within 14 days. 4) The restaurant will confirm the booking by when forms & deposit have been received. 5) Pre-Orders should be sent no later than 14 days before your party. 6) All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
