3 Christmas Luncheons From the 1st of December until the 23rd of December the Mansion will be offering a three course Christmas Luncheon, pre luncheon aperitifs may be taken in the Morning room or Library Bar before taking luncheon in the Nightingale Restaurant. Served between 12.30pm and 2.30pm, accompanied by the ubiquitous hats crackers and novelties for two courses inclusive of Coffee and seasonal treats for three courses inclusive of Coffee and seasonal treats. For all parties of 6 or more persons we require a full pre order to be made no later than 72 hours prior to the date of your meal. We would also ask that you preselect your wines to ensure adequate supply. A deposit of 25% of the total estimated bill is required 21 days prior to the day of your arrival. The remaining bill will be settled prior to departure.

7 NonResidential Christmas Day Luncheon Wednesday 25th December 2013 Enjoy a traditional Christmas Day Luncheon in the refined yet relaxed atmosphere of Nanteos Mansion 12.30pm Champagne Cocktails with Oysters and Canapés 1.15pm Christmas Luncheon served in the Nightingale Restaurant with accompanying Wine Christmas Day Menu Local Venison Terrine with toasted Brioche and port wine reduction Nanteos Smoked Salmon and Gravadlax, Capers, Lemon and lightly buttered Soda Bread Palate cleanser Roast Goose with traditional trimmings, carved at your table, family service vegetables and roast potatoes Traditional Plum Pudding and Brandy custard Coffee and Seasonal Sweet treats per person per child under the age of 11 to include reception drinks, canapés and hand selected wines to accompany your luncheon.

8 Terms & Conditions Special Diets As all the menus are set menus especially prepared to compliment the season we would ask you to advise us of any special dietary requirements you may have to ensure our chef can prepare a special menu for you. Children Whilst children are most welcome at the Mansion during the festive period we would ask that you ensure that your children are of a suitable age enjoy the cuisine offered and able to respect the privacy of our other guests. The children will be served smaller portions and if required simpler versions of the adult menu. Booking & Payment In the first instance we would ask you contact our reception department either by phone on or by info@nanteos.com who will be delighted to take your booking. A non refundable deposit of 25% is taken at time of booking, a further 25% is required to be paid by 1st December, the remaining amount and any accrued extras will be settled on departure.

9 Christmas Breaks Nanteos Mansion offers a relaxed Georgian House Party Tuesday 24th December until Friday 27th December th December Arrive at your leisure to take afternoon tea in the Morning Room, at 6.30pm mulled wine will be served in the Library Bar. 7.15pm Set threecourse dinner served in the Nightingale Restaurant Transport can be arranged for anyone wishing to go to Midnight Mass. 25th December 8.00am to 10.00am full Welsh Breakfast with Bucks Fizz 12.30pm Champagne Cocktails with Oysters and Canapés 1.15pm Christmas Luncheon served in the Nightingale Restaurant with accompanying Wine Christmas Day Menu Local Venison Terrine with toasted Brioche and port wine reduction Nanteos Smoked Salmon and Gravadlax, Capers, Lemon and lightly buttered Soda Bread Palate cleanser Roast Goose with traditional trimmings, carved at your table, family service vegetables and roast potatoes Traditional Plum Pudding and Brandy custard Coffee and Seasonal Sweet treats From 4pm enjoy Christmas cake and Tea / Coffee in the Lounge From 6.30pm to 8pm, for those feeling a little peckish a light cold buffet will be served in the Nightingale. 26th December At your leisure make your way down to the Buttery for breakfast between 8am and 10am. Spend the day at leisure or visiting some of the local attractions 7pm Champagne reception in the Morning Room and Library Bar to be followed by a set 3 course Gourmet dinner, including hand selected wine and accompanied by our Harpist. 27th December Breakfast will be served in the Buttery between 7.30am and 10.30am before making your way home.
