The height of the shouler hrness n e rise or lowere y justing the height of the herest. Squeeze the lever t the k of the herest n rise or lower the herest to the orret position (). The herest n e set t five ifferent heights in group 1 moe with the hest p loking r in ple. There re four itionl positions in Group 2 & 3 moe one the hest p loking r hs een remove. You n use the hrness with your hil s long s the shouler hrness fit your hil s shouler orretly. To loosen the hrness, push the juster utton () in s you pull the shouler hrness forwr s muh s possile (). Importnt: Pull the hrness UNDER the hest ps. DO NOT pull on the hest ps. To tighten the hrness pull the justment strp forwr (). 4 - justing the set ngle The hil r set n e use in five ifferent positions. To just the reline ngle of the set pull the lever t the front of the set () then move the set (). Relese the hnle in the require position n push until you her istint lik. 5 - instlltion of the r set 9 to 18kg (group 1 - pprox. 9 months to 4 yers ol) - prt 1 Ple the hil r set on the vehile set.

5 6 - instlltion of the r set 9 to 18kg (group 1 - pprox. 9 months to 4 yers ol) - prt 2 Ajust the hil r set to the most reline position (). See step 4. Remove oth shfts y relesing the en from its lok () n pulling the shfts out of the set (). Pull the set forwr to gin ess to the rer of the set (). Open the lower elt lip y lifting the retining ro with your finger (f) n pulling the elt lok k. Press own on the t to open the shouler elt lip (g). 7 - instlltion of the r set 9 to 18kg (group 1 - pprox. 9 months to 4 yers ol) - prt 3 Instll the vehile set elt ensuring tht the lp elt fits into the lips t the se of the r set () n the shouler elt fits into the shouler elt lip () nerest the the vehile set elt ukle. Fsten the vehile set elt (). Pull the shouler elt () to remove the slk from the elt. Press own on the shouler elt lip (e) n lose the t to lok the shouler elt in ple. Press own on the lower elt lip (f) until it loks in ple. Ensure the retining ro is orretly lote (g). 8 - instlltion of the r set 9 to 18kg (group 1 - pprox. 9 months to 4 yers ol) - prt 4 Lift the vehile set elt () n push the upper shft k into position () n uner the elt. Push the upper shft into the lip () to lok it in position. Close the hil r set n push the lower shft into position () n lok it in ple (). Note: The upper n lower shft n e fitte from either sie of the hil r set. Importnt: The vehile set elt MUST fit over the upper shft (e). 9 - seting your hil into the r set hrness Loosen the hrness y pushing the juster utton () in s you pull the shouler strps () forwr s muh s possile. Importnt: Pull the hrness UNDER the hest ps. DO NOT pull on the hest ps. Unfsten the hrness ukle y pressing the re utton () n relesing the lips () n open out the elts (e). Ple your hil in the hil r set. Fit the hrness roun your hil n fsten the hrness ukle y joining the lips (f) n pushing them oth into the ukle (g). Chek tht the hrness is not twiste n pull the hrness up (h) to tighten the lp

Finlly, pull oth hest ps own (j) from your hil s shoulers onto their hest. Note: The hest ps re n importnt sfety feture. Never use the hil r set without them removing the hrness n set liners - prt 1 Open the set to gin ess to the rer. See step 5. Loosen the hrness. See step 3. At the rer of the set remove the shouler hrness from the hrness onnetor (). Lift the shouler hrness to gin etter ess to the hest p loking r. Relese the hest p loking r on the rer of the set () y pulling it kwrs shrply. Slie the hest p strps off the hest p loking r (). Pull the shouler hrness from the front of the hil r set () until the shouler hrness n hest p strps ome through the krest of the set (e) removing the hrness n set liners - prt 2 Lift the ottom prt of the set over to gin ess to the wist hrness lips. Push the wist hrness lip ens through the slots in the hil r set (), push the lips through from uner the set () n then through the set over. Push the roth hrness lip through the slot in the unersie of the set () n then through the set over n set liner. The set liners n now e remove from the hil r set () removing the hrness n set liners - prt 3 Pull the hrness juster onnetor () until the en of the hrness juster strp fits uner the hrness juster flp (). Open the lower elt lip (). Push the hrness onnetor through the hole in the lower elt lip () then wrp the juster strp roun the lower elt lip retining ro (e). Ple the hrness onnetor uner the lower elt lip (f). Close the lower elt onnetor tking re not to trp the hrness juster strp or onnetor. Close the set n refit the upper n lower loking rs instlling the hil r set 15 to 36kg (group 2 & 3 pprox. 4 to 11 yers ol) - prt 1 Before instlltion, remove the hrness n set liners from the hil r set (See steps 9 & 10) n lok the k of the set with the upper n lower shfts (See step 7).

7 Note: The hrness, hest ps, roth p & hest p loking r shoul e store wy sfely for future use. The hest p loking r MUST NOT e use in group 2 & 3 instlltions. Relese the vehile set elt lok () uner the herest. Fee the vehile set elt into the gp () uner the vehile set elt slot until the vehile set elt is lote in the vehile set elt slot. Push the vehile set elt lok k () instlling the hil r set 15 to 36kg (group 2 & 3 pprox. 4 to 11 yers ol) - prt 2 Ple your hil in the hil r set n fsten the vehile set elt. Pull the vehile set elt upwrs to tension the elt (). The vehile set elt shoul e positione etween your hil s shouler n nek (). If the vehile set elt is in the orret position the lp elt shoul fit over the re tgs sewn into the over on either sie of the set (). The height of the vehile setelt n e juste y squeezing the lever t the k of the herest n rising or lowering the herest to the orret position (). For the sfety of the hil plese hek: The igonl elt setion runs through the set elt guie lote on the herest n the lp elt must pss over the re tgs sewn into the set over. The strps re tightene n not twiste. The vehile set elt ukle is orretly lote on the sie of the r set n is not ostrute. Alwys mke sure tht your vehile set elts re orretly tensione to ensure mximum protetion for your hil. Anhorge Group 2 n 3 The shouler elt must ling to the hil s shouler n hest. The lp elt must pss over the re tgs sewn into the set over. When nhoring the hil r set, mke sure the vehile set elt is not twiste, in ition, the vehile set elt must e ppropritely tensione n ple roun the hil s oy to ensure tht the hil r set is properly nhore. Alwys mke sure tht your vehile set elts re orretly tensione to ensure mximum protetion for your hil removing the overs for lening Remove the hrness n set liners if fitte (See steps 9 & 10). Herest: Lift the herest to the highest position (). Strting on one sie refully pull the over off (). Relese the elt lok uner the herest () n pull the elsti loop through the gp (). Relese the elsti loop (e). Repet this proeure on the other sie of the herest n remove the herest over.

8 Set: Strting on one sie refully pull the over off the set (f). At the rer of the krest lift the elsti strp over the herest (g). Push the hrness juster strp through the elsti loop uner the hrness juster flp (h) then pull the over from roun the juster utton (i). Unlip the six elsti loops holing the over to the set (j) n remove the over. Sie impt protetion lok over: Crefully pull the over off (k). IMPORTANT: The overs re sfety feture. NEVER use the hil r set without them refitting the set over Ensure the sponge p is ple on the set (). Fit the sie impt protetion lok overs y strething the over over the impt ps (). Ple the over on the set. Fit the elsti strp over the herest (). Fit the six elsti loops on the insie of over to the mounting points on the set (). Fit the over roun the juster utton (e) then push the hrness juster strp through the elsti loop uner the hrness juster flp (f). Streth the over over the set n krest (g) ensuring the elsti eging tuks insie the set struture n seures the over to the set refitting the herest over Fit the elsti loop () through the slot in the vehile set elt lok. Fit the elsti lool uner the vehile set elt lok (). Close the vehile set elt lok (). Streth the over over the herest () ensuring the elsti eging tuks insie the herest struture n seures the over to the herest refitting the hrness for group 1 use - prt 1 If require, relese the hrness juster strp. Open the set to gin ess to the rer. See step 5. Open the lower elt lip () n unwrp the hrness juster strp from the lower elt lip retining ro (). Push the hrness onnetor through the hole in the lower elt lip () then from the front of the hil r set pull the hrness juster strp out from uner the hrness juster flp (). Close the lower elt lip. Close the set n refit the upper n lower loking rs refitting the hrness for group 1 use - prt 2 Relese the hrness from the restrint system if require. Fee the roth hrness through the slot in the set liner n set over (). Push the roth hrness lip through the slot in the set (). Fltten the lip to seure. Fit the wist hrness lips through the slots in the set over n set (). Push the lips

9 through the set n k up from unerneth (). Fltten the lips to seure. Loosening the over roun the wist hrness mounting points will help with ess refitting the hrness for group 1 use - prt 3 Fee the shouler hrness through the hest ps then push the strps through the slots in the upper set liner n krest (). Slie the hest p strps onto the hest p elt loking r t the rer of the krest (). Push the hest p loking r into the krest until it s loke in ple (). Fit the ens of the shouler hrness to the hrness onnetor (). re Your hil r set hs een esigne to meet sfety stnrs n with orret use n mintenne will give mny yers of troule free performne. Storing mp hil r set will enourge milew to form. After exposure to mp onitions, ry off with soft loth n llow to ry thoroughly efore storing. Store your hil r set in ry, sfe ple. Do not leve the hil r set in sunlight for prolonge perios - some fris my fe. mintenne This hil r set requires regulr mintenne y the user. If you nnot her strong lik run it uner wrm wter to rinse gin. Plsti n metl prts my e sponge len with wrm wter n mil etergent. Never len with rsive, mmoni se, leh se or spirit type leners. Clening the overs: Plese re the lels on the overs for wshing instrutions. The set overs n e remove esily for wshing. The set overs n e mhine-wshe with mil etergent, t 30 o C. Don t wring, spin, or iron the set overs. Clen plsti shell of the hil r set y wiping it with mp loth.
