2 Conference facilities... Our conference facilities at Swiss Cottage School, Development & Research Centre are available to hire for meetings, training, seminars and conferences. Our rooms offer natural daylight; state-of-the art AV facilities and roof terraces with London skyline views. The experienced hospitality team provide a well organised and professional service that ensures high standards and a friendly approach at all times. Rooms available Conference room 4th floor, suitable for conferences or training for up to 90 in cabaret and 180 theatre style. Breakout room 4th floor, suitable for meetings, training and discussions for up to 14 in boardroom. Both rooms can be split into two to offer a more flexible space.

3 AV and equipment Our main conference and break out room have state-of-the-art audio visual equipment; the rooms are also supplied with flip-charts and Wi-Fi. Laptops and presenter tool kits can be hired at an additional cost. Services and support We can also provide additional services including PowerPoint presentation set up and on-site printing, allowing you to simply arrive at our facility without the hassle of setting up. We can also shred any confidential material left over from your event. 5 Transport Location The Development & Reseach Centre is situated in the heart of North London and is easy walking distance from Swiss Cottage Underground station. The conference facilities are based on the fourth floor of our state of the art new build special school. Our central location is only a short distance to hotels, restaurants & Cafes, London Zoo, Camden Town and the Round House. 6 Catering and Café facilities Our on-site catering team combine fresh seasonal ingredients with elegant presentation to ensure your delegates are feeling refreshed and satisfied. We can provide catering and refreshments on request ranging from simple tea & coffee to canapés and grazing lunches. We also have a fantastic on-site cafe offering a wide range of hot beverages, sandwiches, pastries and snacks.

8 School spaces... Spaces at our school can be hired during evenings and weekends in term-time and all day and evening during school holidays. You can find information about our spaces for hire below. Hydrotherapy Pool Sports Hall Classrooms Soft play areas Drama studio Rooms available Hall High quality, purpose built hall. This extremely flexible space is ideal for private parties, events, performances, conferences, gatherings and sporting events. The Indoor Sports Hall is marked with badminton courts, basketball court, netball court and 5 aside pitch. The hall also has full AV equipment and a small stage can be set up for your event if required. Classrooms We have an abundance of flexible classroom spaces at Swiss Cottage. Each room comes with its own outdoor space of either a balcony or a patio. Each room has a state or the art interactive screen and computer. These rooms are perfect for small meetings and training.

9 Drama Studio Soft play This is a spacious, modern drama studio. It is ideal for rehearsals, recitals, yoga, zumba, martial arts and more. The studio comes complete with its sprung wooden floors, floor to ceiling mirrors and a selection of studio lights. Our soft play rooms are an affordable and safe environment for your children to play, make friends and create lasting memories. These soft play rooms include ball pools and soft climbing apparatus. An ideal space to book for birthday parties. Hydrotherapy pool The hydrotherapy pool is a modern and relaxing facility which is available for hire to swim schools, outside organisations and individuals. The pool has access to its own changing rooms and ceiling suspended hoist to enable easy access to both the pool and changing rooms. Sensory rooms Our Sensory Rooms use light, sound and a range of specialised equipment which is designed to create an environment that relaxation, calming and fun.

10 Outdoor spaces... Our outdoor spaces offer a fun, relaxing and multisensory environment for children and young people to play and learn. MUGA The MUGA is marked with reduced sized netball courts, one full sized netball court, one football pitch and one tennis court. Rooms available Playground MUGA Playgrounds Our playground is the perfect space for children and young people to burn off extra energy! The playground is designed to be multi-sensory and fully accessible for all and has a number of climbing frames and a hobbit house. The playground is totally secure enabling children the freedom to play safely.

11 Horticulture and bio-diversity Swiss Cottage School, in partnership with the ZSL, has been awarded nearly 3000 from the Royal Society to biodiversify our school grounds. Our Urban Habitats Project, under the expert guidance of Dr. John Bielby and Rachel Hodder from the ZSL, will help to build an environment that will attract more birds, mini-beasts, frogs, toads and other wildlife to our school grounds.

12 SEN Birthday parties Planning a birthday party for children with special needs can pose extra challenges. We have the perfect venue for inclusive birthday parties. We can also supply advice and resources prior to your booking to ensure that everyone at the party has fun, including you!
