2 Nicky chapman suite The Nicky Chapman Suite is a large suite and can cater for parties of up to 500. It has natural daylight, air conditioning, wireless broadband, fully integrated state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, a large dance floor and an integral bar. The room can be partitioned to create two areas and there are no pillars. Just outside is a foyer area which contains a cloakroom facility, toilets and a lift for access from the ground floor making this a suitable venue for all. The surrounding rooms can be utilised for breakouts or as welcoming areas. The Conference and Events team were awarded Best Conference and Events Team of the Year in the Yorkshire Business Tourism Awards 2009, and Top Team in the Leeds Hotel Association Awards The Conference and Events Manager, Helen Briden, was awarded the prestigious Leeds Live It Love it Award by Marketing Leeds in 2010, and the team have a wealth of experience with planning and organising a variety of different events. Elland Road s largest suite - the Conference and Exhibition centre - is being rebuilt as the Centenary Pavilion and can either be used in its entirety or partitioned into two sound-proofed self-contained suites. The Centenary Pavilion has a very modern design, and has full disabled access and facilities. It is of an energy saving and environmentally friendly design, with a high spec interior which includes; a starlit ceiling, ruche lining on the walls with LED lighting, it is carpeted throughout and finished to the highest standard. It also features separate male and female showers. Elland Road is situated in an excellent location: J2 M621 motorway or 5/10 minute drive from Leeds Railway station.
