2 INTRODUCTION Easy Finance Capitalisatin Plan identifies the strategy t ensure explitatin and sustainability f the prject beynd prject s develpment thrugh the website, allwing cmmunicatin amng all members f the platfrm, using dcuments and cmmunicatin materials prduced by the whle cnsrtium, sharing synergies with ther Eurpean and MED prjects and ther interested agents in Med and Lcal areas. The cmmunicatin and capitalizatin f prject results have nt finished nce the prject ended. It is even mre imprtant t disseminate cncrete results after the end f the prject ensuring the applicatin f them lcally, reginally and internatinally in terms f imprving the state f cllabrative envirnment. Fllwing the MED prgramme, the cncept Capitalisatin refers t the rganisatin f data cncerning the implementatin f prgrammes, prjects, cncerning their impacts, the methds used in rder t make the accumulated experience usable fr ther prgrammes r prjects. Capitalisatin is a key aspect f all MED prjects in supprting the accmplishment f their bjectives at lcal, reginal, natinal and Eurpean level. The valrizatin prcedure ensures that all pssible channels and pprtunities will be used fr the prjects utcmes t reach t reach as many ptential final users as pssible.

3 CAPITALISATION PLAN The Easy Finance Capitalisatin Tls included using all the cmmunicatin and disseminatin tls created and generated by the prject nce the prject finish. Easy Finance Prject Website / Platfrm. Easy Finance Platfrm will keep active during 3 years after the end f the prject. The LP will be in charge f its maintain with the supprt f rest f partners. All partners agree t maintain the website and the intranet space. This tl is the key element f the Capitalisatin Plan. The inf t keep the website updated will be prvided by all cnsrtium partners and the LP will be in charge f its publicatin n the website. This tl will allw t all SMEs and new entrepreneurs be infrmed abut infrmatin n access t finance. This inf will be als s useful fr the rest fr target grups. Easy Finance Cmmunicatin & Disseminatin Material. A gd strategy is t expand capitalizatin dcuments and materials prduced in ther territries, t ther regins, reginal, ther Eurpean cuntries utside the med... extend the applicatin areas f each lcal partner. All the cmmunicatin and disseminatin material prduced by the whle cnsrtium and als by each partner will be used in future lcal, reginal, natinal and internatinal events. Als used in EC inf days, Open Days, etc. UIP: 4. Intensive cmmunicatin has been started with relevant natinal authrities in the field f internatinal funding pssibilities fr SMEs. The Easy finance Training has been implemented amng selected SMEs based n internatinalizatin and innvatin aspects. It is imprtant fr all partners t keep the cmmunicatin between them and t share the infrmatin abut the pssible internatinal funding in the MED regin. The webpage and the platfrm established within the prject presents a gd base fr further cperatin between the partners in all participating regins. Easy Finance Financing Services (Guide fr Financing). All partners will update their Financing Infrmatin and they will send t the LP in rder t be published. Als they will use thse infrmatins in each territry.

4 Each partner has prduced during the lifetime f the prject its wn Guide fr Funding. This guide will be updated and used with all target grups in all territries. Als will be presented t Eurpean Institutins and Bdies. Sme partners will link the Easy Finance Platfrm t their reginal r natinal platfrms, such as the case f the Andalusian Institute f Technlgy and the French Riviera Chamber f Cmmerce in rder t give a cmplete supprt t the target grups and enterprises interested. Lead Partner will include the EF Guide fr Funding in its general website and als in the Alicante City website, establishing synergies amng the 3 websites. Als, LP will cntact t the Ecnmic Department in rder t use the guide fr funding t the SMEs and new entrepreneurs frm Alicante. The Andalusian Institute f Technlgy has an Innvatin Club named SELEKTA. SELEKTA gathered a cllectin f Andalusian cmpanies cmmitted t innvatin, which accmpanies IAT intensively in their R&D&i, supprting them in identifying pprtunities and implementatin f innvatin prjects. Fr this partner the Club is a special cmmitment in prviding its services t member cmpanies, and based n their extensive experience f 24 years in R&D&i. Fr cmpanies Selekta frmed as an avenue fr enhanced innvatin agencies, launching mre agile new R&D&i and, ultimately, enhancing their cmpetitive advantages. Cmpanies that are part f Selekta, althugh they are f different sectrs, have sme cmmn characteristics. All innvatin as essential t their cmpetitiveness in the markets, even internatinal, in which they perate. But they als have already a lng and interesting career in R&D&i, and a clear vcatin f cperatin with ther rganizatins. French Riviera Chamber f Cmmerce has an imprtant Prgramme named PERFORMANCE PLUS PROGRAMME t help innvative enterprises included the 20 cmpanies included in the prject. At natinal level there is anther interesting tl: SEMAPHORE The French Chambers f Cmmerce Netwrk's database which lists the infrmatin abut supprts fr cmpanies. One database fr 2 tls: The public: A simple and user-friendly ergnmics that ffers a fast access t the infrmatin Simple descriptins f the supprts fr cmpanies, which crrespnds t a 1st level f infrmatin. The specialist in Business Cnsulting: Semaphre. Implies a mre imprtant participatin f the specialist in business cnsulting in the realizatin f the prject (advice, preparatin f the request file).

5 French Riviera Chamber f Cmmerce has a specific service called Financement et dispsitif Public which aim is t assist SME S t access t develpment funds. This service helps entrepreneurs t identify the best slutin accrding t their develpment plan and in sme cases t assist them in building their dssier. This service, then presents the dssier t the specific cmmissin and defend it. The easy finance platfrm is ne f the tl used by this service. Lamr Develpment Agency. Thrugh the SMEs Service Centre LAMORO assists and cunsels SMEs in rder t access different financing pprtunities. This Service Centre is meant t supprt entrepreneurs (and ptential nes) t identify the mst apprpriate funding pprtunity accrding t their business plans, and prjects. The assistance is given in these frms: analysis level knwledge f the SMEs and their situatin and needs. Infrmatin level infrmatin is given n the apprpriate surces f financing; cntacts with the dnr entity. Applicatin level assistance in filling the administrative dssiers. The EF platfrm is used t prvide these services. Easy Finance Innvatin Standard. Innvatin Questinnaire. All partners are wrking with cmpanies, fr that all f them will use the Innvatin Standard Innvatin Questinnaire in their territries and with their lcal r reginal target grups, stakehlders... Lead Partner will use the Innvatin Standard (Questinnaire) in the ecnmic department which wrks with SMEs and new entrepreneurs supprting them in hw t be mre innvative and als in creating new enterprises. These rganisatins cnstitute bth a grup that influences innvatin plicy plans and implementatin, but als act as ptential beneficiaries. In additin, all these rganisatins have a lt f relevant experiences, knwledge in innvatin issues, infrmatin abut financing, etc. and sme f them are strngly cnnected with SMEs acting as Organisatins Intermediates.
