The Lectureship Prgram fr German Graduates at Universities in Eastern Eurpe and China ffers grants f the Rbert Bsch Stiftung t yung German graduates interested in teaching and undertaking prjects at universities in Eastern Eurpe and, frm 2008, in China. In 2006 the Lectureship Prgram was changed: three further educatin prgrams fr the lecturers were implemented in the Lectureship Prgram with the fllwing aims:

2 The lecturers shuld apply an additinal qualificatin fr their jbs and prjects at the freign university during the tw years f their lectureship. The lecturers shuld be able t receive an additinal academic grade in a german master prgram f a university. Due t these aims the Eastern Eurpe Centre f the University f Hhenheim lked fr partner universities in Germany which culd develp and ffer such further educatins prgrams fr the lecturers. At this pint the University f Hildesheim became a partner fr the Lectureship Prgram f the Rbert Bsch Stiftung. As the jbs f the lecturers at the freign universities are different in their cntentrelated fcus it was necessary t ffer three different further educatin prgrams (and the freign universities were assigned t these 3 prfiles): 1. Organizatinal Develpment 2. Educatinal Management 3. Adult Educatin/Life Lng Learning. Since 2006 the lecturers receive these further educatin prgrams accmpanying their lectureship. Therefre the further educatin prgrams are rganized as blended learning prgrams, the wrkshps are held in Eastern Eurpe and China and Germany in three meetings per year. The particular feature f the three further educatin prgrams is that the curriculum cmes frm master study prgrams f the University f Hildesheim. The lecturers receive mre than 60% f the credit pints f the study prgram by finishing the further educatin prgram meanwhile their lectureship. After their lectureship they nly need t finish abut a few mdules and write the master-thesis and can then btain a masters degree. 4. Rle f universities and ULLL in the cllabratin/partnership: Organizatin Studies is an Institute fr Further Educatin in Leadership and Organizatinal Develpment at the University f Hildesheim and ffers the three further educatins prgrams fr the lecturers: 1. Organizatinal Develpment (since 2006) 2. Educatinal Management (since 2007) 3. Adult Educatin/Life Lng Learning (since 2008). Organizatin Studies is respnsible fr the develpment and realizatin f the prgrams. The cncept is attuned t the Lectureship Prgram and develped in cllabratin with the Eastern Eurpe Centre f the University f Hhenheim which crdinates the Lectureship Prgram fr the Rbert Bsch Stiftung. Bth partners rganize the 4 meetings, bth teams are present n every f the yearly 4 meetings. This ensures that lecturers can get cunselling and supprt fr bth the lectureship and the further educatin prgrams.

Organizatin Studies is in this partnership respnsible fr the perfrmance f the further educatin prgrams: Develpment f the cncept fr the further educatins prgrams Realizing the prgrams: Develping learning materials Develping mdule descriptins and exams Planning and rganizing the wrkshps Evaluatin f the further educatin prgrams Reflecting and discussing the prgrams with the partner (Eastern Eurpe Center f the University f Hhenheim) particularly with regard t the clse fit t the Lectureship Prgram Testing and certificating the btained credit pints Cunselling f the lecturers with regard t the further educatin prgram, their prjects and the pssibility t btain a masters degree 6. Rle f the Blgna refrms: Are the Blgna tls (the BMD structure, the Diplma supplement, ECTS, etc) being used in the activities? The blgna tls are cmpletely used in this cperatin. The mdules f the curriculum cme all frm accredited master study prgrams f the University f Hildesheim. The lecturers receive fr the finished further educatin prgram a certificate with a diplma supplement and a transcript f recrds. 7. The philsphy f the Institute Organizatin Studies is t ffer the master-study prgram rganizatin studies nt nly as a further study prgramme but als as single mdules fr further educatin and as curses fr particular target grups/principals. As the Institute has a fcus n rganizatinal develpment and cunselling rganizatins and individuals it tries t jin innvative further educatins cncepts with cunselling and supprt. The cperatin with the Eastern Eurpe Center f the University f Hhenheim is a strategic partnership with cllabrative develpment and cunselling f yung graduates wrking at universities in Eastern Eurpe and China. 8.
