Selecting a Brwser When wrking with the Electrnic Prtfli Template (EPT), it is recmmended t use Mzilla Firefx as the brwser f chice. The OneNte Ntebk functins best when supprted by this brwser. Acquiring a Cpy f the Electrnic Prtfli Template Visit ur website at: On the left hand side f the website is a mdule titled: Prtfli Resurces Click n the icn fr the Prfessinal Prtfli Template Prtfli will dwnlad as a zip file Unzip the file and save t the lcatin yu wuld like t stre it, i.e. Desktp, My Dcuments r C-Drive. Desktp is highly recmmended fr easy access. Lading Dcuments int Skydrive All dcuments selected t be placed in the EPT (CV, Bard Certificatins, Licensure, CEU Table, etc.) must all be stred in Skydrive fr the EPT t functin prperly. Instructins cntained within this manual are general in nature. Refer t page-specific instructins cntained within the EPT, t guide its initial cmpilatin. Navigating the prtfli: Click n any f the clred Sectin Tabs displayed at the tp f the screen t display the Sectin selected fr editing Click n the Page tabs displayed in the right navigatin bar t display pages cntained within that Sectin Remving a Sectin Tab r Page Tab frm the EPT: Nte: Be abslutely sure yu want t delete a Sectin Tab r Page Tab befre ding s. Once deleted it cannt be recvered. Place cursr ver the Sectin Tab r Page Tab t be deleted Right Click Select Delete Changing graphic n Cver Page: Left click n graphic until a dtted bx appears arund silhuette graphic Place cursr ver silhuette graphic until 4-way arrws appear Hit delete n keybard At the tp f page, in OneNte Ribbn, click Insert in OneNte Ribbn and then click Picture Lcate picture where stred n cmputer Select picture Click Open Click Insert Place cursr ver graphic s 4-way arrws appears Left click n graphic Hld dwn shift key and place cursr ver crner f image While hlding dwn shift key, left click t resize image t desired size

6 TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS Page 5 Changing the Text: Place cursr befre first letter f text t be changed Left click and drag t highlight text Type new text Changing the Fnt: Place cursr befre first letter f text t be changed Left click and drag t highlight text At the tp f page, in OneNte Ribbn, click Hme Lcate fnt style within drp dwn menu Select desired fnt style Changing the Fnt Size: Place cursr befre first letter f text t be changed Left click and drag t highlight text At the tp f page, in OneNte Ribbn, click Hme Lcate fnt size within drp dwn menu Select desired fnt size Changing the name f a Sectin Tab: Nte: If yu change the name f a Sectin Tab yu will als need t change the hyperlink in the Table f Cntents that pints t that Sectin Tab. Right click n the Sectin Tab yu wish t rename Select Rename Type new name Hit Enter Return t Table f Cntents by clicking n Sectin tab Table f Cntents Changing the Navigatin Hyperlinks in the Table f Cntents: Place cursr ver hyperlink crrespnding t Sectin Tab renamed Right click and select Edit Link Link windw will pen Lcate Text t display In text field belw, type text as it is displayed n renamed Sectin Tab Lcate All Ntebks Click n the + sign next t Electrnic Prtfli Template t expand and shw Sectin Tabs (if nt already expanded) Click n the renamed Sectin Tab Click OK If text within Table f Cntents is blded, highlight text and unbld

Click n the Page yu wish t rename In the text field left click and drag t highlight text Type new name Click n the Page cntaining the navigatin links fr the Sectin yu are wrking n CHANGING THE NAVIGATION HYPERLINKS: Place cursr ver hyperlink crrespnding t the renamed Page Right click and select Edit Link Link windw will pen Lcate Text t display In text field belw, type text as it is displayed n renamed Page Lcate All Ntebks Click n the + sign next t Electrnic Prtfli Template t expand and shw Sectin Tabs (if nt already expanded) Click n the + sign next t the Sectin Tab crrespnding t the ne yu are wrking in Click n the renamed Page Click OK If text within Table f Cntents f the Sectin is blded, highlight text and unbld Creating a hyperlink t a dcument stred in Skydrive Lcate the dcument URL in Skydrive Lg int yur skydrive accunt. Click n the blue bx Dcuments Click n the dcument yu wish t link t in yur prtfli Dcument will pen and display in yur brwser Click in the windw displaying the URL r web address fr that dcument Right click and select Cpy Return t Electrnic Prtfli by clicking n OneNte Icn Place cursr befre first letter f text t be linked Left click and drag t highlight all f the text Right click Select Link Left click in Link windw under wrd Address Right click Select Paste Hit OK Text will be bright blue and underlined Click n wrd t verify hyperlink cpied crrectly

Click n the blue bx Public Click n Uplad Click n link Select them frm yur cmputer Lcate yur cmpleted Prtfli file Left click n the file t uplad Click Open File will lad int Skydrive.

Click n the blue bx Public Place muse ver Prtfli file Checkbx will appear in upper right hand crner Left click in the checkbx Click n Sharing lcated in upper blue bar Type in f address f intended recipient Insert persnal message as desired Uncheck Recipients can edit Click Share
