3 10. Directions Subway: Take Airport Rail to Hongik University station. Seokyo Hotel is a 10 munite from subway exit 9 Airport Limousine: see the separate attachment KCPA recommends Hotel Seokyo since it is the convention hotel and it provides great convenience and reasonable rates. However, this is not a requirement. If you have other preferences we respect your decision. Please note that KCPA is not getting paid from the hotel for your stay. 11. Free Exhibition Service for Non-Attenders If you are not able to attend KCRF this year, KCPA really hopes that you can make it in the near future. For this year, KCPA has a proposal for you. If you send us your new books (and bestsellers which are available for Korean translation rights) and catalogues, KCPA staffs will have them set up for display and manage your exhibition space (tables) during the two day fair. And if there are any interests or requests received from Korean publishers those will be forwarded to you after the fair so that you can follow up on them. 12. Catalogues: If you are planning to send catalogues, we recommend max of 70 copies per catalogue. 13. Books: We ask you to send three copies each for any title you wish to have them displayed. At the end of KCRF, these will be handed out to those Korean publishers who are individually interested for possible licensing. (By , please kindly send us the list of titles (including title/author /ISBN) to prepare for the report; or you can simply send us your own bookfair format with the entire list and we will simply check them and send them back to you.) 14.
