4 ? The cube solution to BYOD In the age of consumerism, staff expect to be able to use their devices in the workplace. This creates headaches for IT departments on a regular basis. Issues to be aware of centre around usage, support and security. Mobile portal As part of the cube solution, Community Telco establishes a mobile portal hosted by us and branded by you. This portal will provide the ability to order a handset, access support information, provide network alerts, allow the user to make modifications to their service and enforce your organisations procurement policies. Our tailored ordering system allows organisations to easily order corporate mobile plans and hardware online. Telephone support Community Telco will provide complete Helpdesk and end user support for corporate mobiles which will be delivered via a dedicated 1300 number or as an internal phone number within your telephone system. The helpdesk is the single point of call for all your mobility needs.

5 Billing Service Management To improve individual accountability and provide visibility of corporate mobile spend, Community Telco will provide each staff member with a view of their monthly invoice and service usage. Line Managers will also be given a view of the monthly invoice and service usage of their direct reports. Multi Carrier Support Cube is carrier agnostic solution. Community Telco is a mobile service provider using the Optus network, however we understand that your mobile fleet may be with another carrier or spread across multiple carriers. We can cater for this and provide the cube solution to you regardless of which carrier you currently use.

6 Mobile Device Management Community Telco will provide a dedicated Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to remotely manage the mobile devices used by staff for work purposes. Remote enables common handset support issues to be rectified by us without requiring physical access to the device. With MDM we can ensure that business policies are enforced and business data is secure while supporting the convenience and flexibility of an employee owned device. Community Telco is a Service Provider Partner with AirWatch, and operates the AirWatch MDM platform. Management Reporting Management Reporting is the production of consistent reports generated by Community Telco that enable you to monitor how effective your mobile device fleet is being managed. Some examples include Optus vs. Telstra services, appropriateness of plans (e.g. number of devices exceeding data allowance) and number of lost/stolen handsets. A complete list of reports will be developed as part of the implementation of the cube solution. partner
