3 We are looking forward to 2013 as a break out year for our 36 hole resort. Improvements have been ongoing with some of our restoration work on the old course and bunker improvement on the Links Course. Playability has improved with less cart restrictions on both golf courses. As usual our access is next to none in the golf industry, with the largest facility in central Alberta we can offer more options with less restrictions. Now you can bring your tournament or group at the time and date that works for you. With this much golf it also means pace of play becomes less of a factor as our fairways are always less crowded. We offer unique packaging that works with almost any groups budget, our two Rod Whitman golf courses stand on their own merit as they both have stood the test of time to offer you pure golf in a old world setting. A game of golf is always a great way to entertain your clients or reward your staff. Whether you are novice or experienced players the Wolf offers a truly unique experience that cannot be replicated in this part of the country. We have hosted both big and small events over the years and offer an atmosphere that your golfers will treasure for years to come. 7 The Wolf Creek clubhouse offers facilities to suit many needs for tournaments from 16 to 250 people. Our clubhouse is a 20,000 square foot log building, the main floor clubhouse area can be split into two rooms for multiple functions or opened up to accommodate large shotguns. The main banquet room is our largest sectional room with a two story ceilings. This room can accommodate groups of up to 120 people at round tables seating eight. The large windows facing into the trees provide a scenic country landscape. Adjacent to the banquet room, The county line room can accommodate up to 70 people comfortably. This room is used as a restaurant and also adjoins the banquet room for large events. Located on the top floor of the clubhouse Barney s Lounge is completely separate from the other function rooms. With large windows and air conditioning it is the perfect stop after a round at the Wolf. Barney s Lounge also boasts a patio deck that overlooks holes 1 & 10 of the Old Course. Our private executive boardroom can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably for the perfect work retreat. This room comes complete with overhead projector, screen, white board and TV/DVD. Power point presentation equipment is available at an additional cost. Wolf Creek has a state of the art teaching and training facility that is located beside our Links Course. The teaching area includes a seminar center, target greens, a large putting area, practice bunkers and a full range. We have recently expanded our Academy to include a 6 hole par 3 loop course. Our corporate golf shop offers very competitive prices on all tournament apparel. We offer all your tournament branding needs and can logo your company crest with an option of the Wolf Creek logo. 7

If you have any special requests or unique suggestions not on our list, we are more than happy to help you create a custom package. Our staff will set up all designated hole sponsorships with chairs, tables and the specified products of their choice. We also offer company signage to be placed on the holes at an additional price. We set up the hole sponsors on our tee boxes so not to slow down the pace of play for your tournament. If you are unable to make it that day or would like to play golf in the tournament one of our staff members is chosen to work the hole and represent your company for an additional cost. 14 DEPOSIT For all tournament bookings there will be a $1000 deposit. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your event. FINAL PAYMENT Final payment of your tournament is expected immediately following your event. However, arrangements can be made for billing. Please advise our Tournament Director which method you would prefer. GRATUITIES As is standard with most tournaments, a 15% gratuity will be added to the final invoice on all food & beverage sales. BEVERAGE SERVICE Our resort provides beverage service in our lounge, banquet area and on course beverage carts after 10:00 am. Liquor regulations state that all outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited. PACE OF PLAY For the enjoyment of all our guests, tournament groups are expected to complete their round within a maximum of 4 1/2 hours. Player s Assistants will be on the course to help maintain this standard. FINAL NUMBERS Each tournament must submit final player numbers at least one week before the event. Small changes will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance. Tournaments will be charged applicable green fees for players who fail to attend their event. CANCELLATION POLICY Tournaments cancelled up to 30 days prior to their event will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations received after that time will be required to pay applicable green fees for any tee times remaining unsold by the date of their scheduled event. SHOTGUN STARTS A way to start a tournament in which all groups of players tee off simultaneously from different holes. If there are 18 groups of foursomes in a tournament, then each hole on the course will serve as the starting hole for a different group. This is offered for groups over 72 players only. TEE TIMES Pre-arranged, specified times for your group to begin your round. Tee times are allotted in ten minute increments per foursome. Depending on the expected pace of play rounds are kept to 4 1/2 hours and groups come off the course ten minutes apart. 14

22 TOURNAMENT CONTRACT (PAGE 1) THE TOURNAMENT HOST AGREES WITH WOLF CREEK GOLF RESORT, TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES: DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION Tournaments will be confirmed only by receipt of deposit. A $ deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your tournament date. Such deposit will be applied to your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation unless Wolf Creek Golf Resort is able to rebook your date with an event of an equal or greater number of participants. All cancellations must be received in writing. You will be invoiced following your event for your tournament balance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and payment may be made by cheque or credit card. 2% per month interest (24% per annum) will be charged on overdue balances. Overdue balances are defined as any outstanding balance after 30 days of receipt of invoice. If you are unable to meet these payment terms, please advise the events coordinator so that alternate arrangements may be made, such as pre payment of the entire invoice. GUARANTEED NUMBER OF PLAYERS The estimated number of players must be conveyed to the tournament director at the time of the booking. The deadline for any changes to the confirmed number of players and power carts is THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS prior to your tournament. If these changes are not conveyed to Wolf Creek Golf Resort THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS prior to the tournament, then the original number of the actual number of players and carts becomes your guarantee (whichever is greater) and charges will be based on such numbers. If number of players is increased the changes will be subject to availability. Your foursome list must be ed to the Tournament Director at least TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS prior to your tournament. Wolf Creek Golf Resort reserves the right to alter start times, course rotation or format should the number of players differ greatly from the original booking. SHOTGUN STARTS The number of players required for an 18 hole shotgun start is 72. The minimum number of players for a 36 hole shotgun is 216. If you have a shotgun start booked and you end up with less than the required minimum numbers of players to have the shotgun start and you opt to change the format, you must notify the tournament director at least TWO (2) WEEKS prior to the tournament date. Failure to give TWO (2) WEEKS notice will result in you being charged for the required minimum to have the shotgun start. If you decide to go ahead with a shotgun start for less than the required number of players, you will be billed for the equivalent of 72 green fees and power cart fees for an 18 hole event. WEATHER In the case of cold and/or inclement weather, tournament play and meals must go ahead as scheduled unless the golf course is deemed unplayable by the Golf Course Superintendent or the Director of Golf. In the event of such an occurrence the tournament will be given, wherever possible, alternate days of play. If alternate dates are not available the tournament deposit would be refunded. 22
23 DAMAGES TOURNAMENT CONTRACT (PAGE 2) The tournament host is responsible for the actions of it s tournament participants and will indemnify and save Wolf Creek Golf Resort from all losses, damages, and claims whatsoever which Wolf Creek Golf Resort suffers or incurs as a result of any act, neglect or omission of the Tournament participants. Wolf Creek Golf Resort shall not be responsible for any loss or injury suffered or incurred by any Tournament participant unless such loss or injury is caused by the negligence or wrongful act of Wolf Creek Golf Resort or its employees. Tournament participants are responsible for any damage caused to personal residences adjacent to the golf course. (i.e. broken windows) in the event that a participant has damaged property and neglects to inform the tournament organizer or Wolf Creek Golf Resort, the tournament host will be responsible for all costs associated with the damage. The tournament host is responsible for any damages to power carts, the golf course, the clubhouse, or any fixed property of Wolf Creek Golf Resort. Any lost or negligent damage to rental clubs will be charged to the individual or the tournament host (depending on who is responsible for the rental fee) Wolf Creek Golf Resort is not responsible for any misplaced or damaged signage. Please have all signage dropped off the day before your event and picked up within twenty four (24) hours of your tournament. PRIZES Your must spend a minimum of fifteen ($15.00) dollars per person on golf shop merchandise or gift certificates. PHOTOGRAPHY Wolf Creek Golf Resort has an on site company that reserves the photography rights for all tournaments. If you wish to bring your own photographer you will be subject to a $ fee. STORAGE Wolf Creek Golf Resort has limited storage space. If space permits, Wolf Creek will store your prizes and silent auction items for one night prior to your event. Wolf Creek personnel will set up your tee gifts and will look after the breaking down of cardboard boxes etc. providing that these items are purchased from Wolf Creek. Wolf Creek will not store any tee gifts purchased outside of Wolf Creek. Please be advised that if you provide your own tee gifts that you must provide staff to set up all of your items and break down boxes, etc. Storage provided for any products of an outside source will be subject to a storage fee if held longer than 3 days prior to your event. POWER CARTS Power carts are required for all tournaments. Wolf Creek will ensure that they will have enough power carts for you based on the number of players you estimate on the application form. If you require any additional power carts for tournament organizers, volunteers, etc. please reserve additional carts at the time of booking. Additional carts are rented from an outside supplier and are subject to availability. The rental fee for additional power carts is sixty ($60.00) dollars per cart including GST. A tournament fleet will be ordered for tournaments over 180 players. Power carts must remain in the restricted areas at all times. Player Assistants and Starters have sole authority on the golf course. Please obey all instructions and/or requests. 23
24 FOOD AND BEVERAGE TOURNAMENT CONTRACT (PAGE 3) Food Service is required for all tournaments. The menu selection must be conveyed to the Tournament Director at least three (3) weeks prior to your tournament. Changes to the number of persons must be conveyed to Wolf Creek THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS prior to the tournament date. The confirmed number will be your guarantee. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or the actual number, whichever is greater. Any additions to the guaranteed number must be approved by Wolf Creek to ensure availability. The confirmed number for all meals can not be less than the number of confirmed golfers. All tournaments under Forty (40) players will be served by plate service. This plate service will consist of a 3 Course Meal. A starter salad, chosen protein and dessert. A Buffet option will only be available for tournaments with 40 or more players. A banquet room will be reserved for your tournament meal. Wolf Creek Golf Resort reserves the right to provide an alternate function room best suited for the tournament should the actual number of persons differ from the original booking. 18 hole shotgun tournaments are limited to the use of the main floor banquet and county line rooms. The maximum capacity of these rooms is 200 people. Please keep this in mind when planning your total number of players and volunteers. All food and beverage services are subject to a 15% gratuity and 5% GST. Gratuities are subject to GST. According to the Canada Revenue Agency Regulations all service charges or gratuities added to the bill that are not at the discretion of the customer are subject to GST. Food and Beverage prices are subject to change without notice. All food and beverage items must be purchased from Wolf Creek Golf Resort. Wolf Creek prohibits the removal of food and beverage items from Wolf Creek following your tournament. It is the policy of Wolf Creek Golf Resort to serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner at all times. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations as they pertain to the service of alcohol to under age or visibly intoxicated persons. Hours of service for alcoholic beverages begin at 10:00am All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the golf course personnel. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased from our lounge, snack dens, beverage carts, county line room, or banquet bar. There is one beverage cart provided on each nine hole course. Glass bottles, personal coolers or any other receptacle devices are prohibited on the golf course. All Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations will be strictly enforced. Unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated. PLEASE SIGN BELOW TO INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & POLICIES INLCUDED IN THE CONTRACT AND THE ATTACHED TOURNAMENT PACKAGE.
