Network and showcase your products, services, and supplies to nurses who are at the forefront of education, management and nursing skills in university and hospital settings around the WORLD. The interest in the conference is higher than ever before, we had a record number of abstracts submitted 350! The conference will provide the ideal environment to disseminate and gain current knowledge in skills/simulation lab management and simulation enhanced education. Nurses and other healthcare professionals will network with colleagues and exhibitors, discuss best practice research, safety-related outcomes, competencies, and challenges. The 10 th Anniversary Conference in Orlando Florida was very successful. There were 60 vendors with 200 booth staff and 850 simulation and nursing professionals in attendance. We have limited space for the event so book no later than February 10 th. Send an mcgoon@uthscsa.edu to book this event. Provide number of people to attend, your AV needs, room setup. If you choose to use a room with existing seating and table setting, the room fee can be waived. If room has to be changed there is an additional charge. We can provide our attendee list so you can RSVP your guests (list can only be used for your specific round table event and cannot be used for a notice to stop by your booth), waived room fees, advertise your event on conference agenda & have an event sign created. Booking fee is $2000. AV/Catering costs will apply but can be added to the conference direct bill & invoiced post conference. **Must purchase a booth. BOOTH ASSIGNMENT: the option to pick your booth will be provided in April of Once all sponsors and exhibitors have paid, the booth map will be ed to the contact person for booth location selection. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred location. The conference planners may, at their discretion, accept or reject any application for space and reserves the right to relocate or reassign exhibit booths at any time for the overall benefit of the conference. A final exhibit schedule and exhibit booth map will be complete in April of 2011 and will be sent out to all via from conference planners to all reserved exhibitors. 5 CANCELLATION/REFUND: All exhibitors canceling space will be charged a $300 processing fee. All requests for refunds must be made in writing, in an sent to mcgoon@uthscsa.edu and received by April 9, Refunds will be issued 90 days after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds will be granted after April 9, UTHSCSA POLICY AND DISCLAIMERS: Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the University, which results from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the University, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from or arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees and business invitees which arise from or out of Exhibitor s occupancy and/or use of the exhibition premises, the University or any part thereof. The Exhibitor understands that the University does not maintain insurance covering the exhibitor s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. The Office of Continuing Nursing Education cannot be held responsible for the cost of a nonrefundable airline ticket or flight change in the event of a course cancellation or the rescheduling of the program.
