Dimensions: Responsible for actively contributing to the management and up-keep of the LSTF programme website and social media channels, including production, editing and maintenance of all content and copy alongside supporting and ensuring the delivery of all online projects associated with the Local Sustainable Transport Fund (LSTF) marketing programme. Part of the LSTF Marketing Team based at SYPTE currently consisting of 3 staff. The overall LSTF marketing budget (2013 to 2015) is 1.6m (including staff related costs). Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall LSTF Marketing Programme in order to ensure the timely and effective delivery of all elements of the programme. 2. Co-ordinate the design, development and delivery of multiple e-marketing tools including the LSTF programme website, email, sms/text and social media broadcast platforms, online techniques and packages to support all LSTF campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager - Projects (LSTF) to ensure all LSTF related marketing projects and campaigns have the maximum impact and generate positive public and media coverage. 3. Ensure and co-ordinate as appropriate, within the team or through various LSTF project groups, the design and development of updates to the LSTF programme website/content management system/social media platforms to support all marketing activities associated with delivery of the LSTF programme. 4. Lead in the co-ordination and dissemination of all data and information contained within the LSTF ecrm database in order that effective relationships with our customers can be consistently maintained and further developed, including monitoring and reporting form the system as appropriate and acting as the lead system administrator alongside the Marketing Manager - Projects (LSTF).
5. Liaise with colleagues across the LSTF partnership to support the design and development of various promotional and marketing campaigns, literature and materials aligned to customer requirements, in order to maximise the impact of all promotional material produced. 6. Ensure that the corporate standards set for the production of online corporate, promotional and marketing material and brand utilisation are adhered to, and continually provide guidance and support to employees at all levels in this regard. 7. Assist the Marketing Manager - Projects (LSTF) in developing and maintaining good working relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, and other key partners who have an influence on LSTF related marketing and promotional outputs, in order to continually promote sustainable travel in South Yorkshire. 8. Proactively advise the Marketing Manager - Projects (LSTF) on new and changing marketing opportunities, and identify new and innovative e-marketing and promotional campaigns that will enhance the image of SYPTE, the LSTF partnership and our relevant products and services. 9. Oversee on a day to day basis the work of contractors and suppliers, engaged in promotional and online marketing development work on behalf of SYPTE and the LSTF partnership, as directed by the Marketing Manager - Projects (LSTF). 10. Lead the design and development processes required to improve online marketing products and standards, making recommendations were appropriate, to enhance product delivery across all LSTF relation services and products. 11. Report on a frequent basis, the performance of our online marketing platforms, as required and defined by the Marketing Manager - Projects (LSTF). 12. Any other duties commensurate with the post as directed by the Marketing Manager - Projects (LSTF).
