Schedules are subject to change and do change on stat holidays. 7 Year Rule: An adult must closely supervise children (within arms reach) that are less than 7 years old while in all areas of the facility. MRC waterslide and waves will be operational during times that are highlighted above and may be turned on at other times depending on pool activity levels. Lesson Assessment: We recommend a free skill assessment before registering for swim lessons. Come to any leisure swim and we will evaluate your child in the water and recommend the appropriate level. Please change your child in the appropriate change rooms; keeping in mind the Family change rooms are designed for those with special needs and parents with children of the opposite gender that are 5yrs of age and older. Sunday Morning Family Swim Join us at ARC on Sunday morning from 11am - 12pm for our $2 Family Swim. The pool is ready for you and your kids to enjoy some quality family time playing on the pool toys or practicing their swimming skills for lessons. AquaFit This class incorporates a variety of cardio and strength exercises that are sure to get your heart pumping! Add 12 times the resistance of air and the result is a high quality cardiovascular workout! The perfect exercise for increasing cardiovascular fitness and core strength! A challenging workout utilizing the resistance of the water and a variety of equipment to make the workout more intense. Family Swim These times are set aside for families, come in and enjoy the pool toys and equipment. KFS - Kids Fun Swim Join us for games, float on mats and just have fun! Leisure Swim Everyone welcome. Enjoy these relaxing times to swim lengths, soak in the swirl pool or relax in the sauna. Toonie Family Swim/ $2 per person in your family.
