2 Class Descriptions Power Hour: Ever changing exciting workouts incorporating step, weights, muscle conditioning, and abs in one class! AB Blast: This is a 30 minute class designed to target your torso,strengthening your core, working all aspects of the abs and back. All Levels $ This class is energizing, strengthening and invigorating both physically and mentally. This class id GREAT for everyone. Postures will be linked with Vinyasa for an energetic practice. Beginners through advanced student. Aqua Blast (moderate/high intensity $ A fastpaced, challenging water workout, particiants will perform a wide range of cardio and resistance traning excercises to increase their heart rate and burn calories. Aqua Boot Camp High intensity water class with a variety of challenging strength and cardiovascular moves in shallow and deep water. A great alternative for anyone who enjoys high intensity workouts, but also allows low impact on the joints. Aqua Interval $ Participants in this class will continuously rotate through aerobic and strengthening exercises in this heart-pumping cardiovascular workout. The Athletes Workout The Athletes Workout is a fitness routine designated for the athlete in all of us. Using functional training and principles of athletic conditioning, this workout will challenge your mental limits. Barre-Pilates Fusion This workout combines isometrics, interval training and mat pilates to reshape and elongate the muscles. First 30 minutes are at the barre, second are on mat. Body Bootcamp$ - a mix of various workouts like Tabata, TRX, Kettlebell, Cycle, yoga and weight training. This is a small group training class. Maximum of 6, minimum of 3 participants. April Jackson is instructor. Boomer Bootcamp This class is a combination of strength training, exercises to improve balance and increase flexibility. You will use any combination of weights, bars,balls and bands for these workouts. Butz & Gutz This is a high energy muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, butt and abdomen. Exercises target and tone your entire core and lower body. Cardio Boot Camp A combination of calisthenics, military-style drills, muscular and athletic conditioning exercises to provide challenging calorie torching workout. Cardio Craze This is an "all cardio" aerobic class. Get your heart rate up and burn fat with a high energy workout which combines both high and low intensity movements. Cardio Kick Barre- This is a unique high energy class that combines barre work, kickboxing and cardio to help develop muscle and improve cardio endurance and core strength. Cardio Sculpt - A different workout each week using any of the following equipment : weights, bands, balls, steps and BOSU balls. Class combines strength and cardio training. CORE Barre- A ballet barre workout that creates strength and flexibility while sculpting, toning and redefining the body. Uses Classical Ballet, Pilates and athletic conditioning. Cycling $ Let the instructor and the music motivate you over hills, jumps and various other terrains for a high-intensity workout that is good for all fitness levels! Deep Sea Aerobics (mod/hi intensity) $ This is a high intensity workout in the deep end of the pool. Flotation belts will keep you afloat while you perform aerobic & resistance training. Fitness Fusion - a workout that changes format weekly. Zumba, Pilates,, Piloxing, Barre, cycling, strength, and aerobics. Gentle Movement $ Based off of the guidelines set by the Arthritis Foundation, the objective of the class is to provide a safe, efficient workout. All instructors are certified through the Arthritis Foundation. The Good Fight - This is a workout focused on building lean muscles, cardio strength and endurance. It is made up of circuit training using MMA techniques. Hydro Strength (moderate intensity) Aquatic class participants will focus on a total body strengthening routine which uses multiple pieces resistance training equipment. INSANITY HIGH INTENSITY A high intensity class designed to use longer bursts of maximum intensity exercise with shorter intervals of rest periods. Cardio driven class. Kettlebell Cardio Kettlebell cardio emphasizes functional movements completed with proper form to safely improve strength and cardiovascular performance. Parent and Baby Water Exercise This unique, playful class is designed for parents to workout with their children (ages 6-30 months). Our instructor will lead parents through a variety of water aerobics based exercises that use their children and the water's natural resistance. Pilates Reformer I & II $ In this small group class each student will work on a reformer, a special apparatus that allows for full range of motion with increasing levels of difficulty. You will be guided through a series of controlled exercises that are specifically tailored to your level of ability. Boomer TRX $- TRX Suspension Training is a safe, effective modality to utilize for older adults. The class consists of exercises using the suspension trainers for mobility of the ankle, hip, spine and shoulder, muscle strengthening exercises for the lower and upper body and balance enchancement exercises. This class is an effective way to decrease/manage the risk of chronic disease or disability, including fall prevention. Piloxing: A unique & exciting interval fusion of boxing, pilates and dance. It blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates! Piloxing Barre: This low-impact, intensity building workout utilizes the same fundamentals of Piloxing. Piloxing Barre uses the ballet barre for the entire class creating a full body workout. Power $ Power yoga combines stretching, strengthening moves and basic calisthenics type exercise. Power yoga offers continuous movement from one position to the next, creating and effective aerobic workout. Senior Fit A training class designed for seniors to increase stamina, strength, range of motion in joints, and muscular flexibility in a fun and safe environment. Super Circuit Is a circuit based class and provides both strength and cardiovascular work. Suitable for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Total Body Sculpting Utilizes your own body as resistance, hand weights, and body bars to achieve optimum muscular workout. Come join this fun filled, abdominal toning, buttocks-firming, and arm stengthening class!! TRX $ - The TRX system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform exercises. You will adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance. This class builds a strong core and increases muscular endurance. Water Walking (low intensity) A great alternative for anyone who enjoys walking as the means of exercise (indoors or outdoors). Participants will utilize a variety of aerobic movements to work agains the natural resistance water creates. Flow $ - Vinyasa style yoga. poses linked with breathing to create a continuous flow workout promoting strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Sculpt $ A total body workout designed to sculpt all major muscle groups in a calorie blasting combination of yoga and traditional strength training using small hand weights. Zumba Combines Latin and international music I easy to follow dance routines featuring aeobic and fitness interval training. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experienceing an absolute blast. Zumba Gold Zumba Gold takes the same exciting rhythms created in the original Zumba workout and brings them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, or any one who thinks they "can't dance." No dance experience necessary. Zumba Gold Dance, Strength & Sculpt - This class is for seniors, beginners or anyone wanting to add variety to their exercise regimens. Class is a combo of dance, weights and core exercises.
