Cancellation policy of 48 hours notice applies when cancelling not more than two rooms, for three rooms or more 5 working days cancellation notice is required.
Terms and Conditions of Booking Confirmation of Booking A booking will only be considered as confirmed upon payment of the appropriate deposit and upon receipt of a written confirmation. Payment For all Christmas events the following deposits and payment will be required; A 15.00 deposit per guest at time of confirmation. With exception of: New Years Eve 45 per guest. The balance of the confirmed value is payable 28 days prior to the date of the event. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations In the event of a cancellation that has been confirmed with a deposit taken, the following charges will be made; Less than 60 days but 30 days or more 50% charge of total booking cost Less than 30 days but 14 days or more 75% charge of total booking cost Less than 14 days prior to event date 100% charge of total booking cost No refunds will be made for the cancellation or a decrease in the number of guests notified within 14 days of the event date or after I st December (whichever is earlier). Dress Code Dress code for all Christmas and New Year s Eve events will be smart/casual. No jeans or trainers are permitted. General Booking Conditions All party organisers will need to have a confirmed pre-order for all guests 21 days prior to the event. All wines will need to be pre-ordered 14 days prior to the event. Any last minute bookings will need to supply the hotel with menu choices no less than 48 hours prior to the event. Special dietary requirements will be catered for and all party organisers will need to give prior notice at time of confirmation. Party organiser of groups of 30 guests or more will be offered a complimentary overnight stay on the night of the event (subject to availability). The hotel reserves the right to amend any of the published entertainment, catering or cancel the event and offer clients an alternative date. The hotel security has the right to refuse entry to any guest not adhering to the dress code.
