2 Perfect setting for any Party Delapre is the perfect venue for all parties, with its peaceful surroundings of the golf course and the helpful friendly staff we have the ideal setting for an enjoyable time. Just 5 minutes from the town centre and just a few minutes from the M1 motorway it is in a very central location and is easy to find. With all our wedding menus available you re sure to find a suitable one for you. 3 Dining set up Our function room can hold up to 100 people depending on whether you are having a sit down meal or an evening buffet. For a sit down meal we can cater for a maximum of 70 people with no more than 10 on the top table for a wedding. For an evening buffet we can cater for up to 100 but please bear in mind that not everyone will have a seat, due to health and safety reasons please be aware that we can t allow you to take any buffet home as it would have been out at room temperature for the maximum time. All of our sit down meals are served to your table with the top table being served first. Please be aware that at the moment we only have rectangular tables rather than round ones. For a 3 course meal all our tables have white table cloths provided free of charge, with a deposit. You are quite welcome to open up a tab throughout the night for all your guests to have a drink, just let us know how much you want to spend, this will be payable prior to the event. Here at Delapre we all make an extra effort to ensure your special event goes as planned, we can arrange a bar extension till midnight as we are sure you would like your party to last as long as possible Room hire Evening hire bar 7pm 12 Midnight you can decorate from 5pm* * If your guests spend more than 1000 on the bar we will refund 200 of your room hire OR if we provide your catering for more than 50 people you will receive the evening room hire half price, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer All day hire bar 10am 12 Midnight you can decorate from 7am For all day weddings having our catering, Room hire may be reduced depending on your numbers Disco hire (you are more than welcome to hire your own) Linen table cloths with a deposit. If a deposit is not received within 14 days we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re let the function room without notice. Cancellation of booking Delapre Golf Centre will refund any money paid should they cancel your booking, due to unforeseen circumstances. In The Unfortunate event that you have to cancel please note that any deposit paid will be forfeited, if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the event, the full amount paid will be forfeited. Payment and payment method Full payment must be received 14 days prior to your booking, should this not be the case then the booking will be cancelled with immediate effect. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit card and credit card, cheques must be accompanied by a guarantee card. Any additional items on the day must all be paid for at the time of purchase and can t be invoiced. Whilst we make every effort to maintain our prices we do reserve the right to increase them without notification and this should be checked and agreed once the final selection has been made. All food and drinks consumed must be purchased from the golf centre unless a corkage charge is agreed prior to the function. Own Catering T & C If providing your own catering please note that you are under no circumstances permitted behind the Counter / bar or in the kitchen. Your own catering is provided at your own risk, you are unable to use any of our facilities to store or prepare or heat your food.
