WELCOME GIFTS We re planning to welcome our guests with a relevant gift which can be branded and accompanied by a personalised note. Each gift will be placed in the guest s room on arrival. GOLF Tee off the weekend by sponsoring the round of golf on the Friday afternoon at the nearby Thornbury Golf Centre with its two private parkland golf courses. You will have the opportunity to display your branding in the club house and at the 1 st and 18 th hole, while in addition rounding off the event by presenting the competition trophy at our Gala dinner. POWER TURNS/RAGE BUGGIES Fast paced and adrenalin-pumping, this will be a key activity taken on by our guests on the Saturday afternoon. You will have the chance to display your branding at the main activity post and again at the events station meeting point, set up in the heart of the grounds. Our qualified professional clay pigeon shooting instructors will help our guests to achieve results well beyond their expectations. SCAVENGER HUNT Guests will take part in an onsite scavenger hunt, spread across the magnificent country grounds. You will have the opportunity to weave your brand in to the cryptic questions of the hunt, while strategically placing your branding throughout the hunt s path way. In addition you will be rounding off the event by presenting the competition prize at our Gala dinner. CHOCOLATE MAKING Who in their right mind doesn't like chocolate?! And when they re boozy chocs so much the better! Sweet, smooth & tasty! Treat our guests with your brand, which can be prominently displayed at our chocolate making station in the heart of the hotel. You could also link the name of the chocolate activity to your products/brand. You will also have the opportunity to display your brand at the event station meeting point, positioned in the beautiful hotel grounds.
TITANIUM SPONSORSHIP DISCO Be the star of the evening by sponsoring our after dinner disco. You will have the opportunity to introduce the entertainment, in addition to strategically placing two of your branded pop ups or something similar (eg logos on foamex) either side of the DJ booth. TITANIUM COFFEE AND REFRESHMENTS STATION There are two refreshment breaks at the AGM and conference. Conference attendees often linger over a drink and a snack for valuable networking during and after these breaks. Sponsorship signage: as a sponsor of the refreshment breaks, your company's name and logo will be prominently featured for the full day in the area where the snacks and beverages are served. TITANIUM GIGANTIC SCALEXTRIC (Opportunities per car) The purpose-built giant eight-lane racing circuit recreates all the thrills and spills of Scalextric Formula 1 racing, using miniature replicas of the real thing. Your branding can be positioned on one of the eight cars, in addition to track side signage. Or sponsor multiple cars to improve your odds of winning! Who will have the fastest lap time?
