Firm is also responsible for paying any additional costs related to beverages, food, activities, and prizes. 3 Fishing Tournament Host/Platinum Elite Society Sponsor: $2,000 limit 1 firm Friday, March 11 6:00am Recognition as exclusive sponsor and host of Fishing Tournament Firm is responsible for handling registration and logistics for the Fishing Tournament. Firm is also responsible for paying any additional costs related to beverages, food, activities, and prizes. 4 Premier/Platinum Society Sponsor: $2,000 - limit 5 firms Hydration Station/Platinum Society Sponsor: $2,000 limit 1 firm Wednesday and Thursday night. *GASHE will contact you and let you know when to contact the Resort with your credit card Company can provide cups/koozies with company logo on them for hydration stations on Thursday & Friday morning in the Conference Center Lanyard/Gold Society Sponsor: $1,000 limit 1 firm Wednesday and Thursday night. *GASHE will contact you and let you know when to contact the Resort with your credit card Company will be responsible for providing Lanyard with company logo for all conference attendees (approximately 300 people). Lanyards will need to be delivered to the resort by February 29, 2016.

Resort keys will need to be delivered to the resort by February 29, Meal/Gold Society Sponsor: $1,000 - limit 12 firms Verbal and printed recognition during dinner event Company promotional items (i.e., logo items) distributed during Wednesday or Thursday night dinner NOT during SAM Shortline Train Event Reserved (company responsible for rooming costs) 1 Lodge room with 2 queen beds at the Resort for Wednesday and Thursday night. *GASHE will you and let you know when to contact the Resort with your credit card Tradeshow/Silver Society Sponsor: $800 limit 69 firms Tradeshow booth (6 table) during annual meeting tradeshow to display company materials Electronic copy of GASHE annual meeting attendee list (following event) Business Partner: $250 Meeting registration for two (2) representatives* at all GASHE events Listing on GASHE membership roster *Note: For any additional company representatives to attend the Annual Meeting (above what the sponsorship/ membership level allows), a registration fee of $125 per person will be charged in order to cover the cost of dinners, meeting materials, etc. However, this fee does not cover lodging, golf, or trap shoot.
