3 f 38 Nw enter yur new passwrd in the Passwrd field and retype this in the Cnfirm Passwrd field and click Next. Yur passwrd has nw been changed. Click Finish.
4 f 38 Accunt Settings The Accunt Settings screen shws varius details f yur E-Biz accunt: General The General screen shws yur Accunt Name and Accunt Rle (which fr the E-Biz custmer is E-Biz User). The Culture ptin is the language yur cntrl panel is displaying. Persnal DNS This shws the DNS (Dynamic Name Server) addresses f yur E-Biz accunt. by default these will be: ns0.ebiz.hsting.mt.im ns1.ebiz.hsting.mt.im Circuit Number This is the circuit number that yur E-Biz accunt is billed t, please mentin this number t us in any crrespndence.

6 f 38 Disabled Overusage Ntificatins The Disabled Overusage Ntificatins screen will shw any ntices f verusage f yur accunt that have been disabled. 8 f 38 Snapins The SnapIns page allws yu pin infrmatin windws in t the left hand panel f yur E-Biz Cntrl Panel. The imprtant infrmatin fr E-Biz custmers wuld be the Accunt Bandwidth and Diskspace windws. Yu can pin the SnapIn windws by clicking n the title f the SnapIn and dragging this t the left hand windw. Nte: SnapIns will nly wrk crrectly with Internet Explrer and Mzilla Firefx.

Clicking yur Package Name takes yu t the Edit Package page which shws yu the prperties f yur E-Biz package, including the Resurce Usage The Edit Package page lists the type f E-Biz package yu have and which extra features are enabled. Clicking the Dmain Name takes yu t the My Dmains sectin which is lked at later in this dcument. Clicking the Resurce Usage link takes yu t the summary f the usage fr yur E-Biz package This is detailed in the My Dmains sectin belw.

13 f 38 Enter yur additinal Dmain Name t the Dmain Alias Name field and click Save Yu can nw see yur Dmain Alias cnfigured. Nte: Aliases are created as an additinal Zne, hwever many Dmain Aliases are added the DNS Zne editr edits the main dmain. If the main dmain has a recrd added r remved this is reflected in every alias. Fr example, if yu change the www recrd f yur main dmain, this will change fr all yur Aliases t. Sub Dmains This screen shws the Sub Dmains (if any) that are set up n yur accunt. T create a Sub Dmain click Add Give the Sub Dmain a name and click Save

The Stp Website buttn will stp yur website frm being visible n the Internet.
20 f 38 Optins Allw Directry Brwsing If ticked, this ptin allws visitrs t see the directry structure f yur website. By default this shuld be turned ff Enable Shared SSL Shared SSL is nt applicable as E-Biz nly ffers SSL as dedicated certificates fr each custmer Website Permissins Grant Write access fr Annymus User is enabled by default. Sme website cntent requires web server access t files t run crrectly. If yu are nt sure whether yur website requires this r nt yu shuld leave this ptin enabled. Web Frwarding If enabled, Web Frwarding allws yu t divert visitrs t yur website t anther website address. Default Dcuments The Default Dcument is used by the web server t shw a web page where the visitr des nt enter a full file name, e.g. www.manx.net. The default dcument specifies what file t serve such as /index.htm. The site will be created with a default.htm as the hlding page, and this may need t be remved/renamed if yu still sees this when yu have upladed yur site cntent.
21 f 38 Applicatin Directries An Applicatin Directry is fr creating applicatin rts, usually needed fr the likes f ASP.Net, it basically means that the scripts executed in a directry see that directry as the web rt. T add an applicatin yu need t give it an Applicatin Alias and a physical path n yur hsting accunt. Virtual Directries Virtual directries are aliases t real directries and prvide a means f prviding cntent in say http://www.dmain.cm/lngdirectryname t http://www.dmain.cm/dir-alias instead, withut having t create a physical flder and put cntent in there.
22 f 38 T create a Virtual Directry yu need t specify the virtual directry Alias and the physical path n yur hsting accunt. Website Bindings Website Bindings are simply the addresses fr the site. The server uses a shared IP address fr websites and nn-ssl sites need t be identified by unique names r bindings. The bindings are all autmatically added when dmains are prvisined and will als ppulate when adding the likes f Sub Dmains. They can hwever be edited t suit. Yu can edit an existing binding by clicking the link next t the dmain name r add a new binding by clicking Add and entering yur required details.
23 f 38 Sub Dmain Paths This screen will shw any Sub Dmain Paths yu may have. Sub Dmain Paths are managed in the Sub Dmains sectin. Custm Errr Pages Custm errr pages allw yu t shw yur wn branded errr page if a custmer types an incrrect URL r uses a dead link, yu can als redirect specific errrs t ther pages n yur site.
24 f 38 Yu can edit an existing errr cde by clicking the Status Cde r create a new cde fr an errr nt specified by clicking the Add link. Micrsft ASP.Net Supprt ASP.Net is enabled by default but yu can disable this if required.
25 f 38 Website Backup It is recmmended that yu regularly back up yur website, particularly befre yu perfrm any updates. Yu can backup yur website files using this tl. Yu are able t stre the backup n the E-Biz server please nte that this will use sme f yur webspace quta. Yu are als able t dwnlad yur backup and stre this n yur wn cmputer. Click Add t create a backup Give the backup a file name and select the directry t backup. Nte: Filenames can nly cntain letters and numbers Decide whether yu need t backup yur lgs by ticking r unticking the Dn t backup web lg files bx. Backing up lg files will increase the backup file size. Click Save Yur backup is nw cmplete. T restre a backup, click the Restre Backup buttn f the relevant file.
26 f 38 Select whether yu want t restre this file t the riginal lcatin r t anther lcatin in yur hsting accunt and click the Restre buttn FTP Accunts If yu prefer t use an FTP prgram t manage yur website files instead f using the File Manager within the Cntrl Panel yu can use the FTP details that were sent t yu when yur E-Biz accunt was created.
27 f 38 Email Accunts (POP3) The Email Accunts screen shws the email addresses yu have created n yur dmain. T create anther address click Add Cmplete the fllwing details in the General screen Email Address the email address withut the dmain name Passwrd Email passwrd Cnfirm Passwrd Repeat the passwrd First Name First Name f the email user Last Name Surname f the email user Once these details have been entered click the Aut-Respnder tab (if required)
28 f 38 When enabled, an Aut-Respnder sends an autmatic reply t any email received by that email address. This culd be fr example a message thanking the sender fr the email and that it will be respnded t shrtly. This can als be used as an Out-Of-Office message. T set the Aut-Respnder click Enable AutRespnder and enter a Subject and Message just as yu wuld if yu were typing an email Once yu have set the Aut-Respnder click the Frwarding tab (if required) Yu can use the Frwarding tl t autmatically frward any email received n t anther email address If yu wish t frward received emails n t anther email address simply enter the email address yu want the emails frwarded t and if yu d nt want a cpy f that message saved tick the bx Delete message n frward Once these details have been entered click the Advanced tab (if required)
29 f 38 Mailbx size is autmatically set at a maximum f 2GB (Gigabyte), if yu want t reduce this size fr any address yu are creating enter the size in MB (Megabyte - there are 1024MB in a Gigabyte). If yu want this email address t be a Dmain Administratr s it can lg in an use this cntrl panel tick the Dmain Administratr bx Click Save t create the email address Yur email address has nw been created. Once an address has been created yu can view basic statistics abut the usage, click n the email address t edit the email prperties and then the Statistics (last 30 days) tab
30 f 38 Mail Aliases Yu can create email aliases fr yur email addresses where an email is sent t an alias but is delivered t ne r mre actual email addresses in yur accunt. Fr example, yu culd set up a sales@yurdmain.cm alias and this can distribute emails t each f yur sales staff email addresses. Yu can als set an alias as a catch all address, meaning that if smene sends an email t an incrrectly spelled address this will be delivered t the catch all address s n emails are missed due t a typing errr r spelling mistake. T create an alias click Add Enter the Alias Enter the email address(es) this Alias is t deliver t, ensure there is nly ne email address per line If yu want this address t be a Catch All accunt tick the bx Set as a catch all accunt Click Save
31 f 38 MySQL 5 Database T create a MySQL 5 database yu need t create the database and a user accunt that is able t lg in t manage the database. T create a database click Add Database Give the database a name and click Save, then click Add User T add a user cmplete the abve frm.

ODBC DSN E-Biz allws the use f Open DataBase Cnnectivity Data Surce Names fr basic database use. T create an ODBC DSN click Add
