Overview Leading perioperative excellence for over 50 years AfPP is a registered charity working to enhance skills, knowledge and care within operating departments, associated areas and sterile services. We are a leading provider of training and education, professional guidance and support to practitioners working in surgical settings and their related services. Recruitment Advertising Job Forum is a recruitment supplement and carries advertisements for personnel to work in theatres and other perioperative roles. It also allows medical device companies to advertise for representatives, nurse advisors or product development. Job Forum is mailed with the Journal of Perioperative Practice 10 times a year on the first FRIDAY of the month. February and August editions are electronic only. Job Forum is sent to all AfPP membership as well as to a comprehensive list of theatre managers, circa 6,900 individuals. Website Our NEW look website www.afppjobforum.org.uk is now up and running. In the first phase of development; we ve increased website functionality, given the jobs more exposure and made other general cosmetic changes. Further improvements are set for 2016. The website receives approximately 2,400 unique visitors per month with each job listing receiving an average of 40-60 views. With each Job Forum advert (print or electronic) you also receive an online listing as part of your booking or you can choose to just post a separate online only listing. There are also various other opportunities to increase your campaign s exposure including buttons/banners or featured recruiter listings on the AfPP main website.
