Each booth is placed where attendee traffic is accessible and clear for all exhibitors, providing a more dynamic and seamless traffic flow throughout the exhibit hall. However sponsorship payments may be deducted as an ordinary and necessary business expense. This advice is general guidance only and not legally binding as AAEI does not offer legal advice. It is recommended sponsors seek advice from their own tax professionals. 30 29 28 27 34 33 32 31 Registration Process You will have the opportunity to register completely through the AAEI online registration portal! Here you will be able to submit your deposit or full payment, select your booth, and register additional staff. Here you will also find the link to make your hotel reservations. Booth-Only Staff Registration Booth-only staff refers to those company representatives who will not be attending sessions, but who will staff the company booth. They must register on-line. Booth-Only staff is the attendee type you should choose from the menu. There will be no charge for this type of registrant, and there is no limit in booth-only registrants. There will be 3 booth only passes included in the registration. If you wish to purchase additional passes the cost is $100. Exhibitor Kit Shepard Exposition Services is the general services contractor for the 2015 and 2016 annual conferences. The Shepard On-line Exhibitor Kit and AAEI Exhibitor Guide will be available to all paid exhibitors no later than January 31, 2015. Payment Policies Once you choose a booth you will have 10 business days to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit on your booth space to hold the spot. If the deposit is not received the booth will be released for another company. Also, your logo will not appear on the website or in any communications until the deposit is paid. The balance will be due by May 1, 2015. *If your corporate payment policy does not comply with our payment structure please contact AAEI. 9
