IndySHRM Webinar Limit of one (1) per month People don t always have the time to leave their desks to get their education especially if their office happens to be on the other side of the city from an event. But that doesn t mean that sponsors can t still reach these members. Sponsor an IndySHRM webinar, and you will be able to select a speaker and topic (to be approved by IndySHRM) for a one-hour presentation for 25 to 50 people (on average and depending on the topic), including time for Q&A. IndySHRM webinars are complimentary for our members, and are offered to non-members for $15. Rest assured that we ll do the heavy lifting for you! We promote the webinar, and manage registration, evaluations and communications. We ll even review the content in consideration of potential CEU credits and get the webinar approved if possible. We ll help your presenter get familiar with the technology ahead of time, too. All you need to do as a sponsor is come up with a topic and presenter that excites our members, and submit your webinar information a minimum of six (6) weeks in advance of the webinar. Printed Mailing Labels With so many advertising messages online, these days an old school mailer can stand out and have a significant impact! That s why you can obtain a printed set of mailing labels. Here s how it works: come up with a great idea for a mailer, and submit it to our team along with your initial order. We ll approve it, and then provide a set of printed mailing labels for our membership for a one-time use. Please note that you are NOT permitted to use these labels to create a database, and that emails and phone numbers are NOT included and are never released. We respect our members privacy. $500
