3 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES The following sponsorship opportunities are available on an annual basis: PINNACLE LEVEL Pinnacle Level- $10,000 Listing on GLSA website includes: name, logo, contact information, description of company services (up to 50 words) and link to organization's website and e mail 2 Banner Ad on website for 12-month period Introduction at opening session of Annual Conference Ability to have fifteen minutes platform time at Annual Conference Ability to attend a private session with plan administrators of your choice to discuss opportunities to market to their network providers. Exhibit table at Annual Conference Listing in the GLSA Conference program as a Pinnacle level partner Listing on all electronic communications as a Pinnacle partner Ability to provide marketing materials in conference materials Three (3) complimentary conference registrations Pre-registration list of GLSA Conference Attendees Six (6) electronic ads included in e-newsletter within a 12-month period.
