WIFI SERVICE Sponsorship of the WiFi service, open to all Congress participants User: SECOT2015 Password provided by the sponsoring company, usually the company s product name. Announcing banners will be placed in different areas of the congress including username / password access and logo of the sponsoring company. Why sponsor WiFi service? One of the most requested items at the Congress: WiFi username and password access. The password is identified with the product name ensuring a permanent brand visibility. The sponsoring company will insert its logo and banner (link) in the homepage and all ancillary pages and in the Enews information as well, to be sent to the Congress atendees database Why sponsor the website? With more than 3,000 entries per month, it becomes one of the most relevant sponsorship opportunities, SPONSORSHIP OF THE OFFICIAL CONGRESS CD The SECOT Congress publishes a CD with all the scientific abstracts accepted in Congress, sponsored by the contracting company. The sponsoring company insertesd its logo on the back cover of the CD as well as different interactive menu and submenus of the CD. A voucher is inserted at the Congress bag: the CD will be collected at the company s booth. Banners and roll ups will be placed at the exhibition area announcing that the official CD should be collected at the Company s booth. 1,000 extra CDs will be given to the Company for its distribution through the sales network of the contracting company. Why sponsor the official Congress CD? One of the highlighted sponsorship opportunities with a real brand visibility at the banners and roll ups located at the exhibition area, all the participants must collect the official CD, at the Company s booth the sales network gets a very important tem to be distributed after the Congress.

9 SIGNAGE The sponsoring company will insert its logo in all the Congress signage: lecture halls, ground information, access to commercial exhibition, etc. Logo and visibility in more than 25 signage totems located throughout the Congress area with the logo of the sponsoring company included in its bottom. Why sponsor the Congress signage? A permanent brand visibility in all rooms and lobbies. EPOSTER SERVICE Sponsorship of the free internet area and Eposters service. Insert of Company s logo at the Congress program, Insert of Company s logo at the screensaver in all computers (20 PCs) allotted for Eposters, banners with the Company s logo located at the E poster area. More than 900 e-posters will be displayed electronically at the Congress, and will remain online on the website of SECOT for one year including Company s logo. Why sponsor area and EPoster service?
