2 About StudyWorld London StudyWorld London 2015 will take place at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel, UK, on Monday 7 Wednesday 9 September. StudyWorld is a leading international student recruitment event that connects quality-assured professionals from different parts of the study travel industry through pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings and networking events. StudyWorld is the UK s longest running agent workshop and has a reputation that is unmatched in the worldwide study-abroad market. No other event can compare on quality attendance criteria. It brings together education providers, study abroad agents and industry-related service providers from over 60 countries. StudyWorld has grown from a small, language-focussed event, which began in 1969 and has been held annually since, getting bigger and more diverse. In 2007 we rebranded the event, moved it to its new home in central London, and opened it up to a wider group of the world s best educators. All educators must be accredited or government-approved, and agents must belong to approved agent associations or meet tough selection criteria. Organisers: English UK StudyWorld is organised and promoted by English UK. English UK is a not-for-profit organisation that works to raise the standards of English language teaching in the UK. It is the world s leading language teaching association with more than 470 members, all accredited by the British Council. Members include private language schools, educational trusts, charities and language centres in further education colleges and universities. Participants Attendance at StudyWorld London is open to: Agents - professional agents, including educational consultants, study abroad advisors, agencies and student recruiters from 60+ countries including countries in Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East. Language course providers - schools, colleges and universities, including approximately 30% of the English UK membership, overseas ELT providers and other world languages such as Spanish, German and Chinese. Further and higher education providers - leading universities and colleges from the UK and overseas. Secondary and high school education providers - boarding schools, high schools and summer schools that offer courses to international students. Service providers - organisations, businesses and individuals that provide auxiliary services to education providers and agents, such as accommodation providers, examination boards and ICT providers. In 2014 StudyWorld welcomed 172 English language providers, 18 other language providers, 29 other course providers and 356 individual agents/educational consultants. Sponsorship There are three levels of sponsorship available, Platinum, Gold and Silver, allowing you to choose the best package for your company. Other opportunities at StudyWorld London include exhibition stands, advertising in the Event Guide and delegate bag inserts. 4 Platinum Sponsor (limited to one company) In addition to all the benefits in the Gold and Silver sponsor packages, the Platinum sponsor also receives the following: Exhibition Halls: You receive a 5 x 2m shell-scheme stand* including attendance for three representatives. Welcome Reception: Opportunity to address all StudyWorld participants and have your banner stand displayed at the entrance of the Welcome Reception on Monday evening. The Welcome Reception will gather all StudyWorld participants in one large ballroom for the opening evening of the event. Agent Zone: You can exclusively brand the Agent Zone with your banners and publications. The Agent Zone will be located in a boardroom on the fourth floor of the West Wing, providing agents with an area to sit and relax in between appointments.
