6 On-Site Vendor Opportunities Vendor tables will be available throughout the weekend activities of the festival. For those not familiar with this type of event and vending opportunities, the following bullets provide a basic outline of what to expect during the festival s weekend activities: Friday is the beginning of a weekend extravaganza of workshops, dance performances, and live music. During the weekend days (Saturday/Sunday), event participants will be participating in a number of workshops offered at the festival, and mind mingling/networking during their breaks. The Vendor Mall will be set up prominently in the areas of the venue where mingling/networking occurs, and many participants expect to do some shopping. We expect anywhere from people in the building at any time throughout the day. During Saturday evening, a larger, more diverse group of dancers, music lovers, etc., will join the festival for an outdoor gathering of live music, dancing, and dance performances. Expected attendance for Saturdays night s venue is, , of all ages. Over the course of the weekend events, we expect over 2000 people to come through the doors at NHCC.
