1 Dear Potential Youth Baseball Sponsor, Thank you for your interest in our Youth Baseball and Softball program! It s already time to start thinking about our 2016 Youth Baseball and Softball Leagues! We had 80 teams (1,200 youth) participate in last summer s baseball and softball programs in our community. Sponsorship helps assure that this program continues to be affordable for everyone while still offering a quality league. We are reaching out to businesses and the community for continued support of this ever-growing program. Your partnership will give you exposure to thousands of people. All teams are required to wear the township issued uniforms to keep teams equally dressed. Your sponsor s logo will be located on the front of the shirt, and the Parks, Recreation & Seniors logo will appear on the hat. You will also receive donor recognition in our Recreation Guide mailed to over 20,000 homes. In addition, a sponsor plaque award will be delivered to your organization as the season concludes. All sponsors are invited to have a table at our Opening Day on June 4, Also, be sure to review our information about Field Banners. Any 2016 Team Sponsor is eligible for a discounted Field Banner sponsorship have one printed and hung on our fences from April through October for only $350! ($500 value.) Your partnership will give you exposure to thousands of people and it is a very simple process for you. Just pick your uniform Colors, provide a logo and pay the sponsor fee. We do the rest! You can even sponsor the team of your choice if you know of a particular child or coach who participates in our leagues. There are three options for sponsorships; plus our great Field Banner opportunity. ALL SPONSORS RECEIVE RECOGNITION AND NAME EXPOSURE IN THE COMMUNITY! Your company is the sole sponsor for that team. Your company logo is placed on the front center of shirt. Color preference. You pick the colors for your team. Team name choice. Your company name (or name of your choosing) is the team name. Therefore, the company name will be on schedules, and other publications involving your team s league. Recognition in our Fall Recreation Guide mailed out to all township residents. Prior to the season, you will receive your team s schedule and an invitation to the Opening Day Ceremonies. Sponsor award plaque after the season concludes. $375 Major League Team Sponsor Major Leagues consist of boys age 9-18 and girls age Teams will play a minimum of 10 games during the regular season schedule, and most will compete for league championships. For most teams, official score and standings are kept. Some leagues will compete against and travel to nearby communities. Your sponsor donation will help fund a team with shirts, hats, pants and socks. $275 Minor League Team Sponsor Minor Leagues consist of boys and girls age 5-9. The emphasis will be placed on instruction in a non-competitive atmosphere with no post season play. Official score and standings will not be kept. Your sponsor donation will help fund a team with shirts and hats. $200 Little Sluggers Team Sponsor Minor Leagues consist of boys and girls age 5-9. The banner will be displayed from April 1st - October 31st, giving your company exposure to thousands of people. (Field banners are available after the February 26th deadline, however, they may miss full season of display). Clintonwood Park is host to many sports leagues, events, tournaments and a wide variety of outdoor activities throughout the year. Some of our most popular programs at Clintonwood Park include Youth Baseball and Softball (80 teams with over 1200 children) and Spring and Fall Youth Soccer (over 50 teams and 800 children each season).
