It is our intention to highlight oncology as it is practiced in the clinic with information relevant to the South African context. The target audience of this congress will be all specialist oncologists, chemotherapy staff, radiation therapists, medical physicists, business managers, senior administrative staff and stakeholders from the funding environment. The Conference will be academically rewarding with exciting contributions from local and international speakers. We look forward to engaging with you in Johannesburg! 6 Accommodation arrangements You are responsible for your own accommodation arrangements & payment. We urge you to book NOW! We have secured group accommodation at the following four hotels at Emperors Palace: Peermont D oreale Grande Hotel, Peermont Mondior Hotel, Peermont Metcourt Hotel & Peermont Metcourt Suites. These rooms will be reserved for conference delegates until 31 March 2016 and will be available on a first-come, first serve-basis. How to make a reservation at these hotels: Guests need to follow the links on the conference website under the accommodation tab in order to book accommodation. Emperors Palace is situated next to OR Tambo International airport and offers conference delegates a complimentary shuttle service operating every 20 minutes between 06:00 and 23:00, daily. Private VIP transfers can be arranged at an additional cost through Unicab on The Gautrain rapid rail network comprises a link between Pretoria and Johannesburg as well as OR Tambo International Airport and Sandton. Gautrain busses operate daily from 05:30 to 20:00 on route directly to Emperors Palace. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements. Please remember to provide us with your flight arrival and departure times when you complete your registration form as we have to schedule additional shuttles if necessary.
