1 Canadian Series Mont Sainte-Anne An invitation of the Club de ski acrobatique du Mont Sainte-Anne Single and Dual Moguls January 17th 20th, 2013 It is with great pleasure and proudness that the Club de ski acrobatique du Mont Sainte-Anne 2007 invites you to attend the Moguls and Dual Moguls Desjardins Canadian Series Competition, from January 17 th through January 20 th, 2013 to be held at Mont Sainte-Anne ski resort in Beaupré, located 30 minutes from beautiful Quebec City. Official training will be held on Thursday (Jan 17th) and Friday (Jan 18th). Single Mogul event will be held on Saturday (Jan 19 th ) and Dual Moguls on Sunday (Jan 20 th ). This competition will be governed by the F.I.S. Freestyle General Rules & Regulations and by the policies and procedures of the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, available on Please find every details and information in the following pages. Single event qualification (*) As per CFSA rules, no more quota by conferences / provinces (**) Depending on level of performance, this number could go up to 100 max REGISTRATION Registration forms must be received BEFORE MONDAY JANUARY 7 TH, Please submit one registration form per club. Team Captains or coaches must provide completed registration forms with full details on all participating athletes and accompanying coaches. PAYMENT Complete payment is required for each team and shall be made par the Team Captain upon arrival at the Registration desk, unless payment has been paid in advance. The Registration Desk is located in the Salle Calgary of the main lodge West entrance, at the base of the slopes. Entry fees are payable either in cash payment or by cheque made out to Club de ski acrobatique MSA 2007 or CSAMSA 2007.

Bib deposit : 20 $ cash payment. Available at the Registration Desk. All athletes must wear their bibs during all official training, competition and award ceremonies. Lift Tickets : - Competition: Free (Saturday and Sunday) (Athletes) - Training : * 20% Rebate on regular pricing of 53$ (regional team) * 33% Rebate on regular pricing of 53$ (provincial team) Lift Tickets - Competition: Free (Saturday and Sunday) (Coaches) - Training : * 20% Rebate on regular pricing of 53$ (regional team) * 30% Rebate on regular pricing of 53$ (provincial team) - 1 free ticket for each additional 15 athletes sold tickets Lift Tickets: a discount of 10% will be applied to standard rates for lift tickets (18-64 years old) (Accompanying Persons0 for each group of 20 adults or more + one free ticket for each 20 sold tickets. All tickets must be bought at the same time, in one payment.

4 Team Captains shall provide the Registration committee with the exact number of lift tickets required for each athletes and coaches, for each day of training and competition, along with the exact number of lift tickets required for each accompanying persons. Lift Tickets will be available at the Registration Desk at the Salle Calgary. LIABILITY AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE All athletes, officials, organizers, volunteers and other members of the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association who attend and participate in this event shall do so at their own risk. The Organizing Committee, the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, the Québec Freestyle Skiing Federation, the sponsors and the Mont-Sainte-Anne Ski Resort shall not be responsible for any issue with the organisation or staging of the event. This group of persons MUST be registered as current CFSA members with the appropriate license. Every competitor should have his/her own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee, the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, the Québec Freestyle Skiing Federation, the sponsors and the Mont-Sainte-Anne Ski Resort decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged equipment and second and third party claims during the staging of the event. TEAM CAPTANS MEETING The Team Captains meetings will be held in the Salle Calgary (same as the Registration Desk), according to the accompanying Event Schedule. ACCOMMODATIONS A number of rooms have been reserved at Château Mont-Sainte-Anne, an official sponsor of the Club de ski acrobatique du Mont-Sainte-Anne. Please note that availability to those rooms is guaranteed UNTIL FRIDAY JANUARY 4, To book your room and benefit from special rates, simply mention you are part of the Canadian Series Freestyle Skiing competition organized by the Club de ski acrobatique du Mont-Sainte-Anne.
