1 INVITATION FIS SKI JUMPING GRAND PRIX WISŁA, POL 1 st 3 rd August 2013 Dear Ski Friends, Below you will find an invitation to the FIS Grand Prix events that will be held in Wisła, Poland on August 2 nd and 3 rd. We hope to provide you with all the necessary information on the event. Should you have any further questions do not hesitate to get back to us. VENUE Grand Prix competitions will be held on the MALINKA HS-134 jumping hill in Wisła Malinka.

4 ACCOMMODATION The FIS Ski Jumping Grand Prix Wisła 2013 Organizing Committee takes care of the full board accommodation for the athletes and officials. The bookings for national teams are organized by the OC according to the team quotas and sent entries. The official Grand Prix hotels are GOŁĘBIEWSKI Hotel in Wisła, Bursche 3 ( for teams and officials GEOVITA Hotel in Wisła, Bajcary 14 ( for others or on request The price for the daily full board accommodation, for those over national quotas, is: 65 Euro per person FB in a double room, 85 Euro per person FB in a single room (GOŁEBIEWSKI hotel) 40 Euro per person FB (GEOVITA hotel) cash and credit cards are accepted If there are any NSF who had made their own accommodation arrangements they are obliged to inform the LOC about the fact not later than July, 20 th. The LOC does not guarantee the availability of accommodation for requests and entries sent later than July, 20 th

All team cars will get special parking labels to park in the reserved areas.

6 COMPETITION PROGRAMME 31 st July, Wednesday teams' arrival 1 st August, Thursday TCM official training 2 rounds qualification for Saturday s individual competition athletes presentation and bib distribution banquet for officials, team captains and coaches 2 nd August, Friday trial round st competition round TEAM - HS-134 final round prize-giving ceremony 3 rd August, Saturday trial round st competition round INDIVIDUAL - HS-134 final round prize-giving ceremony 4rd August, Sunday teams' departure

7 SKI WAXING and SERVICE AREA There will be limited ski-waxing rooms available at the hotels. Ski wax cabins will be located at the Malinka HS-134 hill. DOPING CONTROL According to FIS standards and rules. FIS LICENCE To be eligible for participation in the FIS Summer GP all the skiers must have a valid FIS Code. INSURANCE All athletes need the insurance arranged by their National Ski Associations. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any injuries of the athletes neither for the damage or lost property. LANGUAGE The official language is English. PRESS CENTER The main Press Center will be located at the Malinka jumping hill in Wisła.
