Booking requests will be accepted for dates after June 1. Requests for September and October bookings will be accepted as weather conditions permit. This opportunity is available to groups with 12, 16, or 20 players only. One booking per group per season is permitted.

To Request a Small Group Booking: For large group bookings (groups with players) please review the Tournament Booking Information Package. The information provided here is for groups with 12, 16 or 20 players. Review the information provided in this document. Consider player ability. Pace of play regulations are in effect. Players will be monitored. Call to confirm your Small group booking date is available. Complete the request form and fax to Requests cannot be accepted by , phone or in person. Provide a minimum of 10 business days notice. You will be contacted within 5 business days to confirm your booking and will be required to provide a deposit at that time to secure the date.

3 Deposit, Payment, Cancellations and Refunds: Deposit: A deposit of $ is required to secure a booking date. The deposit will be applied to the final payment. Do not include your credit card number on the request form. You will be contacted by telephone and asked to provide payment information at that time. Credit card information is not held on file. Approved payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cash, Debit or Cheque. Credit Card payments will be accepted over the telephone. Debit and cash payments can be made in person by appointment only - call Payment: Full booking fees will apply to all players. Golf Passes, Punchcards, Complimentary Passes, or any discounted golf card (i.e. Marshal cards, or coupons) will not be accepted as tournament payment. All bookings must be confirmed and paid in multiples of 4 (i.e. 12, 16, or 20 players). Final confirmation and full payment is required 10 business days prior to the booking date. The organizer is required to call and provide the credit card number for payment. Once confirmed, and the payment processed, changes to the booking (including an increase or decrease in the number of players) are not permitted. A failure to meet the payment deadline would result in a cancellation of the booking and forfeiting of the deposit. Cancellation Fees and Refunds: A $50.00 service charge will be applied to any cancellation made prior to the 10 business day deadline. After the 10 business day deadline refunds will not be available (except for course closure). In the event of course closure, a refund would be processed through Administration. Rain checks or refunds are not available at the course.

4 Small Group Bookings Cannot Accommodate: Small Group Booking requests are not available at the following facilities: Shaganappi Point 18 Shaganappi Valley 9 Lakeview Confederation Park Tee times reservations at these courses can only be made through the Automated Booking System. Please see How to Book a Tee Time on our website calgary.ca/golf for more information on reserving tee times. Tee times reservations at Maple Ridge: Groups wishing to book in advance at Maple Ridge must meet the tournament booking requirements. As Small Group bookings are not available at this facility, reservations, other than tournament groups, must be made through the Automated Booking System. Groups with less than 12 players are required to book tee times through the Automated Booking System. Groups with more than 20 players would not be eligible to reserve a Small Group booking. Non-golfing guests (walkers or caddies): are not permitted onto the golf courses. players must be 6 years of age or older. each person in the group must be in possession of a set of clubs and have paid the applicable booking fee. Booking fees include the applicable green fee and an administration fee applied to each player. The City of Calgary Golf Courses are unable to offer food or prize packages. The City of Calgary Golf Courses do not offer banquets, food service or room rentals. All wind up functions must be held off-site. Shotgun starts cannot be accommodated. Booking requests cannot be accommodated for Holiday dates. Small Group booking opportunities are available to groups planning a special event. They are not intended for players to reserve regular tee times. The City of Calgary reserves the right to revoke booking privileges or decline booking requests.

5 Important Considerations: Check In- 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time. Players arriving less than 15 minutes before their tee time may forfeit their spot. If rentals are required please check in 40 minutes prior to your tee time. Dress code- soft soled shoes or soft spiked golf shoes must be worn. Full body shirts must be worn at all times. Shorts must have a four inch inseam. Anyone inappropriately attired will be denied access. Etiquette- On-course rules apply at all times. Players should be familiar with golf course etiquette information available on line at calgary.ca/golf, posted in the clubhouse, and from First Tee Greeters. Pace of Play- Golfers are expected to keep up with the group in front of them. A Golf Course Marshal or clubhouse staff, have the authority to direct a group to pick up their balls to catch up to the group in front, or, if necessary, remove a guest from our facility. Alcohol- Snack carts are available at and at Maple Ridge. Service during all hours of operation is not guaranteed. AGLC regulations allow alcohol to be served after 10:00 AM with only 2 opened cans or bottles sold to each person at one time. Outside food or liquor is not permitted anywhere on The City of Calgary Golf Course premises and will be confiscated.
