3 Rules IPC rules and regulations will apply. Team captains meetings Meetings will be held in auditorium Svorka in Surnadal Kulturhus/Vårsøg Hotel. Meetings will be held at 20:00. The language used is English. Minutes of meeting will be written in English and will be available at the race office at the stadium and published on the events official home page. Bibs The bibs will be distributed at the race office at the Stadium in the morning of competition day. Please remember to return the bibs after each competition in the finish area. The teams will be charged 500 NOK / 50 EUR for missing bibs. Guide bibs and bibs for official training: Each team must pick up the guide bibs from the race office at Surnadal Kulturhus on Sunday 15 March or in the morning Monday 16 March. For race office opening hours see section about Race office / Host. The number of guide bibs for each team will be assigned according to the final entry. Guides will keep the bibs during the whole period of the event and must return them in the finish area after the last race. Bibs for the official trainings must be taken from the race office at Surnadal Kulturhus on Sunday 15 March or in the morning Monday 16 March. Training bibs must be returned at the latest on the Team Captain Meeting on Saturday 21 March. For the guide and training bibs we will charge 500 NOK / 50 EUR for missing bibs. Waxing rooms / waxing space A new waxing building with 36 waxing rooms are located next to the stadium. 12 square meter waxing rooms will be available for teams at the price of 500 EUR per waxing room for the whole event. Available power is 220 volt a.c. Waxing space with available power for Car / Van will be available at the price of 250 EUR. Waxing room / space need to be booked and paid up front. Contact: ehl@svorka.no Ski testing/warm up tracks and opportunities for training Maps will be published on the official home page and on information board at the stadium. Information will be given on the Team Captains Meeting. Weather Report Service Weatherboard on the official notice board will show the air and snow temperatures. 4 Service points during the competition Service point is located next to the stadium towards the waxing building in an own restaurant building including also toilets. Medical services The first aid service point is located next to the stadium. The first aid point is serving competitors, officials and public. First aid team will be on the area during the competitions. Award Ceremonies In all individual events the top three (3) will be awarded. All price giving ceremonies will take place in Surnadal Kulturhus (next to the Hotel) at 17:00. World Cup trophy Ceremonies / Banquet Price giving ceremonies for Sunday competition and World Cup trophy Ceremonies will take place in Surnadal Kulturhus Sunday 22 nd March at 17:00. Dinner / Banquet will take place in Vårsøg Hotel at 18:30. Vårsøg Hotel will charge an extra fee for each person; NOK 195 for person staying at the Vårsøg Hotel and NOK 365 for others. Registration for the Banquet will take place on the first Team Captains Meeting. Start list Start lists will be published on the event website and on information boards at the stadium. We ask the team to check the start lists before TCM. Result service and team information After the competition the final results will be published on the event website and on information boards at the stadium.
