Arrows will lead you to this place from the entry of the village. A complementary welcome desk will be installed on the track during Saturday and Sunday. Riders - Pick up of documents: National Chef d Equipe only Date: Friday April 30 th 2015 from 8.30 to Each rider gets an envelope with one front plate and one side plate Use of the organizers plate is mandatory.

7 PRIZE AND AWARDS For all challenge classes : trophies for the 8 finalists of each category. For all championship classes: flower bouquets for the 3 first in final of each class and prize money as listed below. MEN ELITE WOMEN ELITE MEN JUNIOR WOMEN JUNIOR PLACE / round / round / round / round The prize money will be distributed just after the race. All prize money that will not be collected just after the podium ceremony will not be given at a later moment.

8 TEAMS AREA Dedicated spaces are available for teams: UEC teams registered to the race Other teams (including UEC teams not registered to the race) are welcome as well on the first come first served basis Payment of a fee at arrival for all teams Team area reservation form herewith : to be sent back to the organizer to the address indicated on reservation form FREE PUBLIC PARKING Various free parking areas will be available next to the track. Arrows and various signs will lead you to the parkings. No tent or motorhome will be accepted on the parkings. If any those vehicles will be towed away by the police. CAMPING Wild camping as well as camping on the car parks is forbidden, if any those vehicles will be towed away by the police. The camping area is situated 300 meters far from the track and will be available for camping cars, caravans and tents. Arrows will lead you to the welcome centre. The camping area will be equipped with toilets, fresh water, black water collection, trash containers and, near to the track, showers. It is strictly forbidden to empty grey water on the camp site. Barbecues and fires are strictly forbidden on the site due to high risks of fire on area. Cultures nearby : absolute prohibition to trample crops under penalty of exclusion from the campsite. The baker will offer fresh bread on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. No electricity supply is available. 120 camping spaces are available, they will be allocated on a first come first served basis at receipt of the reservations. Cost for the week end : 40 per area.

10 SPECTATOR ENTRY FEE - Entry ticket : Per day : 8 Pass week end : 15 All spectators aged 8 and over have to pay an entry ticket (ID card will be requested for the young ones) FOOD SERVICE Everything will be available around the track Hot dishes Hot and cold drinks Pizzas Local specialties VILLAGE A shopping village will be installed on the track site with different shops - Bike shops - Regional food shops - Exhibition stands of the sponsors
