Cover the branding cost of spaces by agreement Partner s cost: EUR EVENT 3: EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP OF THE CONVENTA AFTER PARTY After party has become one of the key events of Conventa to which both hosted buyers and exhibitors are looking forward to. Because of its attractiveness it provides high visibility and connects the destination and distinguished guests of the event. The organizer shall provide free of charge: 1. Hiring of the hall (presumably Cankarjev dom Club) 2. Promotion through communication channels of Kongres magazine 3. Staff for the execution of the event (hostesses, security) The estimated total reach: 500 Project partner for the project implementation shall provide the following services: 1. One of the most effective ways is socializing during working lunches. Working lunches take place both days of the trade show from 12:30 to 14:00 hours. 17 EXPERIENCES To all registered hosted buyers we can conjure up the most authentic experience within which they get to know the offer they will actually meet. CONVENTA HOSTED BUYERS CHEF CHALLENGE In the context of the venue a special space is organized that includes kitchen facilities. Every day 10 contestants are selected who have to prepare the best dish from the same ingredients in accordance with agreement.
